This is a fairly new property and it is a great addition to Paso. The rooms were large and well equipped for business. The fresh omelets were a great addition to the usual breakfast fare and the bar area was well stocked. Our only regret was we arrived too late for the cocktail happy hour. Would definitely recommend.

Too many rules
This was my first time at an Oxford Suites and I was surprised to receive so many texts and emails. They asked to bid for an upgrade with no explanation. There was a preregistration text that required agreement to a number of rules that failed to process. Then when we arrived a little early with not a car in the parking lot or a person in the lobby, we were told there would be a charge for early check in. The people above us sounded like they were dropping weights over us when we were trying to sleep. Rule signs everywhere such as no jumping in the elevator. This will not be my first choice when staying in Paso Robles.

Excellent property conveniently located just off the freeway, but in a quiet part of town. Close to downtown area with plenty of dining options. The staff were friendly and the included cocktail hour and free breakfast was a nice perk. We’ll definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

It was way better than expected. Service was friendly and the property was super clean. Breakfast was also included. It’s only a few minutes away from sonorio. The he dining options around the property are excellent. We went to Sabor Sazon, an international cuisine restaurant and the food was 5 stars. The service there was amazing as well. Overall, it turned out to be an excellent trip.

Not what we expected.
Oxford Suites was comfortable and the room was nice. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and breakfast buffet. However, we were notified 1 day before our arrival that the elevators were going to be out of service during our stay. This was a HUGE issue as my mother in law has limited mobility and had to ascend stairs to get to her room. We were offered help with luggage, but not able to secure a room on the first floor. This was a hardship on her and made for a difficult day upon leaving.

I accidentally left my jewelry in the safe when checking out. I was home when I realized it. I've spent 2 days calling the hotel to notify them and get the jewelry and have now been told that they don't have them. Since the safe was locked only an employee could have taken them. I am furious and will now proceed with law enforcement.

We are pleased with everything this hotel has offered: complimentary breakfast, (strong coffee is preferred through), convenient location, we walked back to the hotel after a nice dinner in downtown. Complimentary shuttle to downtown where fine dining is plenty, but parking is a bit tough during dinner times times. Friendly staff, complimentary afternoon drinks are great too. We will book this hotel again in the future

The property itself is nice and clean and the service is great. It would help if the decor had a slightly lighter tone. The land around the property is what takes away from the experience. It doesn’t provide for a good view.
