Great Accommodations!
My wife and I spent a few days here visiting our son at Cal Poly. The space was perfect for us and we chose it for the extra bathroom and sleeping space as an option to have him stay with us if he wanted. Although he didn’t, we loved the proximity to downtown, school, shops and everything SLO has to offer. Communication was fantastic - we will likely stay again!

Location is fantastic, close to High Street Deli and very walkable to downtown. Place is really cute and had everything we needed. We brought our dogs and appreciated the enclosed back yard. Would definitely stay here again!

Quick SLO Getaway
A fun, unique property. The layout was a little quirky (we’re guessing a converted/reno’d garage?) but it was an attractive and well appointed property. Bonus points for the incredible downstairs bathroom aesthetic and pretty little yard! All in all a comfortable stay in a beautiful area.

Great, walkable location in historic SLO
This property has what you need, most appreciated was the well equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. The tiny backyard is nice to enjoy coffee and the paper and the bed is comfortable. The layout is odd with the living space upstairs and bedroom open and on the entry level, the only usable shower is the upstairs one since it has a normal shower head--but you only need one, so that works too! Housing in this area is dense so you do hear a lot of other people around you, unless you close up all the windows.

Two story in great neighborhood
This place was newly built and had very modern, high-quality amenities. I loved that there was a Keurig upstairs and down keeping the upstairs private, if more than two people were staying in the suite. The kitchen upstairs was well equipped, but we stayed downstairs generally and ate out. The two-story set up is interesting but manageable. Great neighborhood to walk in after dinner or to walk from to go into town without having to worry about parking. We never needed AC, evenings were beautiful, cool and windows were screened. Parking space out front was easy and accessible.

Quaint and cozy bungalow stay in SLO
This property was perfect for just passing thru with our two dogs. Loved that the bedroom had a door to access the private backyard. Floors and backyard were a little dirty and the cleaning smell was strong throughout the house, but overall an enjoyable night stay made super easy by the management company.

Great Location!
We enjoyed our stay in San Luis Obispo. This place has a great location - cute neighborhood and easy walking distance to downtown. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the supplies were high quality (TP, tissues, shampoo, etc.). The back yard was perfect for our dog. Stacy was very responsive and made sure we enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend it if it fits your needs!

Overall the property was well equipped and in a good neighborhood within walking distance to the downtown area. Our issue was with the disgusting mattress, if we hand not removed the sheets (not requested) we would never have seen the stains that were all over the mattress. Very disappointing.

Great location in SLO
I thought the property was fine. It was needing some deeper cleaning. I don’t know how long it had been since someone had stayed there. There were cobwebs in some areas. The plants were neglected the outdoor area could’ve been more cleaned up but overall it was pretty nice. Great bathtub! I would stay there again.

Yes, but…
This property is in a pleasant, convenient neighborhood. It has a terrifically comfortable bed. The kitchen/dining area is spacious and sunny. It has a little yard and we were delighted that our dog was welcome. But, the layout is bizarre. The bedroom is on the first floor and the kitchen/sitting area is up a steep flight of stairs. The downstairs bathroom is very dark and has a huge, glass sliding barn door. This is a poor choice. The property appears to be an old house that has been rather ineptly divided into two units. There are all sorts of features that do not make sense and light fixtures with unknown purpose. We would be very unlikely to stay here again.

Excellent service and an attractive place to stay
The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. We needed a place to stay, with a yard for our dog, while our house was being tented for termites. We had most of the comforts of home, while we had to be out of our house. Plenty of space to bring some of the stuff we had to move out of our house. Beautiful views, lovely neighborhood. We were very comfortable.

Nice extended stay for a couple and a dog
This apartment is one of two in a converted garage with parking right outside the door. It's behind a house in old town SLO and and easy walk to just about everything you could need. It's also high ground during a driving rain (safety tip!). A vestibule just inside the door turned into a great place to shed gear after walking in the rain or at the beach. That and the laundry and master suite are on the bottom floor. There is also a nice walk-in closet area with several rods for hanging clothes, shelves and drawers. The master bathtub would be a challenge for anyone who is not nimble. The kitchen upstairs is nice, but minimally equipped. The living room is as small as it looks in the pictures! If you have a dog, we found a great dog beach just north of Morro Bay. Park in the lot at the 2nd left after the last light in town. Avila Beach is also an off-leash area until 10AM. Our dog would not use the astroturf in the nice little yard outside the master bedroom door, so we took a few more walks than we'd planned!

Great neighborhood but amenities off and some quirks
I chose this property based on my basic filters for renting. We prefer a king bed, two bathrooms, a gas range, a fireplace indoors and a firepit outdoors. The best thing about this place is the location, although it's not really that close to downtown. There some cool things about this place and some very disappointing aspects. There is a comfy bed, decent water pressure, and nice area to hang out in upstairs. The sofa is not comfortable and that is the only upholstered seating. Bring all of your own spices, oil for cooking and some wooden or metal spatulas. The pots are stainless steal and the cooking utensils are plastic. There is no Tupperware, ziploc bags, foil, or plastic wrap so bring what you need. The Floor level toilet rocks which is unsettling. The wall heater upstairs is inoperable, yes pilot light was on. Space heaters only and no instructions in binder as stated for anything at all. You will be looking to try and find lights for certain areas. Ceiling fan light in kitchen burnt out. No fire pit outside as advertised. A sign not to turn on electric fireplace inside, therefore inoperable or unsafe for whatever reason. Front porch light burn out, unsafe for security and for walking into unit after dark. We replaced the bulb. There's also a dangerous space outside the front door with rocks in it and can catch you off guard when it's dark. No house number on unit, had to guess which door to try, which my husband was unhappy about having to do. Back gate not closed all of the way, so not locked or secure. We closed it. Bedrooms in windows were not locked. There were cobwebs and the place was dusty. It's not by the road directly so the cleaning person just didn't take the time. The Tv downstairs was tilted upward and unable to be adjusted for use, something incorrect in mounting. So even with all of these funky things, we would go back because we know what to expect. However, a place should be as advertised with all of the fees and such piles onto the nightly rate. The fireplace upstairs should be accessible and or the lights for ambience. No lightbulbs should be burnt out. It was rainy, cold, and wet. We needed heat inside and would have enjoyed a fire outside. I understand if there was a concern for the fire to cause a spark or something but the photos showed a screen. A gas gutter pit could easily solve this problem also.

I highly recommend this rental! The location was fantastic, the place was very clean and well set up.
