This amazing brand new home is located only a few blocks away from the Railroad District in San Luis Obispo where you'll find some amazing restaurants and delis! This fully equipped 2 bedroom 1.5 bath is the perfect place to getaway. The deck off of the living room has an amazing view of Madonna Mountain. You will find a bbq and dining table on the deck as well to fully enjoy the beautiful weather the Central Coast has to offer.
1) Please do not engage in any illegal activity while on the property.

2) Please be considerate of the neighbors and respect quiet time
hours. Parties and events are not allowed on the property.

3) No smoking inside the house, do not light candles.

4) If something becomes broken or damaged please notify the host so that we can take the necessary arrangements to have it corrected in a timely
manner.

5) Please make sure that you are using the water, heater, and or air conditioner wisely and consciously as we aim to conserve as much as possible.

6) Please make sure you lock your vehicle and the doors. We are not
responsible or any lost or stolen items.
