We are convinced that our space will inspire you with tranquility and the rest you need. With everything you need to make it your home for as long as you need. Located in a strategic point, one block from the expressway that crosses the entire city, the Santiago River, it will allow you to go to the west or the center of the city in just 15 minutes.

*no parties, no noise after 9:00 p.m., avoid the pain of having to remove them*

With an equipped kitchen, dining room, living room (has a sofa bed and smart TV), private parking for 2 small cars or a large truck. Three rooms with new furniture and bedding; the first with a double bed (with smart TV); the second with a bunk bed (1 single and 1 double) and; the third with 2 single beds. Full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom with towels. There is a space for home office or work on the ground floor. Wifi and smart locks.

All rooms have blackout blinds (absolute darkness) and fan.

We will be attentive to what you need at all times, the house is entirely at your disposal, we have a small outdoor area inside the house that will help you relax. You have to climb stairs to access the bedroom area on the upper floor. However, we have a sofa bed on the ground floor for people with special needs. Your pets are welcome! We only ask that you support us in taking care of the house as we deliver it.
