The Hacienda has spectacular view, grounds are well maintained, beautiful, restaurant and bars, vlean pool and jacuzzi. The Decoration throughout is gorgeous. I would love to stay again in this place.

The hotelā€™s facilities are excellent, and the staff is quite friendly. However, the restaurant service and food selection need major improvement. The staff should have more training because they seem to not know how to cater to their guests while the foodā€™s flavor is quite disappointing. Otherwise, this hotel is a great place to unwind. The rooms are clean and provide all the necessary amenities and the view around is spectacular.

The hacienda is beautiful, it's quiet, calm and tranquil. I recommend to book the individual houses as they are much nicer than the standard room. You have a whole tiny house to yourself. The view is outstanding and the staff is super friendly

I loved the property and the service. However, they were always short on pool towels. The pool was dirty by the end of the week. The restaurant closes, on Tuesdays, which didnā€™t make any sense, but these are small things to fix. Overall, Iā€™d stay here again! Itā€™s a beautiful property.

The hotel is really nice, the pool has a nice temperature and is a relaxing place. The food on the restaurant is very good specially the sushi. The service at the restaurant with Alexis and Roberto was excellent but at the pool could be improved. I really recommend this hotel even though is outside downtown but you have hotel transportation to the city center.
