I thought the place smelled extremely bad like sewage. The security was watching us staring at what we were doing to complain about what we were doing. Very unpleasant stay never again.

Nice and clean
Very nice hotel and good location on the outskirts of San Miguel de Allende. Quiet area, next to MAC hospital and walking distance to a smaller Liverpool mall. Breakfast was good, the exercise facilities are nice, rooftop pool and running track. About 100 pesos to take taxi to town.

I don’t like arriving to a hotel with no hand soap in the room, ordering ice and sending two glasses and ordering more telling that the bar is charging me for six cubes of ice, poor rooms in decoration, no hand towels, no tissues, only one plastic chair in the room (I asked for another one) a remote control that doesn’t work…… it was room 330 just to have a clear review.
