It all comes down to customer service!
Andres, the property manager, couldn’t have been nicer and ready to help. The hotel is walking distance from the center of town, and it was very doable, and very comfortable. We were greeted by Andres and a lovely, dopey St. Bernard named Lucas. Our cabin had two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room/dining room and fully equipped kitchen. It was great to be able to hold our snacks and food in a large refrigerator. I am a huge believer in solid customer service, and I am grateful to those who go above and beyond expectations. The property has a swimming pool, but it is not heated, so even in summer, it is meant for those who appreciate a refreshing swim. It was too cold for me though. What I appreciated the most, was to be able to come back at the end of the day to a tranquil oasis to rest and relax. It was a lovely stay and I would recommend it to anyone who either is coming to visit with family or is not seeking to party till the wee hours of the morning. It is quiet and pleasant, and I liked that very much.

O Lodge Ancar é um dos raros "meio termo" entre esses extremos, sendo uma boa opção principalmente se você viajar em família, possuindo uma cozinha completa. Very good service. There was out of electricity in the town at the first night we arrived. They tried their best to solve the problems. Andrea was very helpful and always gave us warm greetings.
