En la piscina estaba sucio las mesas y vasos de plástico dentro de la piscina. El staff pésimo servicio al cliente desde el lobby hasta los meseros y los guardias. No hicieron housekeeping para limpiar. El desayuno no tenía café. No parecía que fuera un Hyatt.
