Service was excellent. I wish the standard pillows were feather free. Hosts provided feather free pillows and helped with removing the feathers from the room. The hotel is a noticeably older than other Hyatt house properties and the hallways are very long. It would be nice to not have carpet in the rooms.

2nd Stay at Hyatt
This was the 2nd time I stayed here and it seemed the 1st time we may have had a newer room that was very clean and modern. This time it seemed we were in the back of the hotel, as we had to go down a couple long hallways that aren’t easily visible. The room seemed not in great condition, older, and I had thought I booked view and we looked out our 2nd floor room right into a tree at the back of the property. I may have expected more since our first stay was really great. The location was great being close to shops and restaurants, as well as easy access from the freeway. Service was still really nice and helpful.
