The area and the hotel itself was very well kept. The room was very clean, smelled fresh, nice personal hygiene products offered and everything worked well. Beds were extremely comfortable. I slept peacefully. The hotel is very aesthetically pleasing and allowed me to relax and fully enjoy my stay, which I greatly appreciate. The staff was very accommodating.

I am a lone female traveler for work. I was placed in a room down a long hall far from the elevator, in a dark corner. The room temperature was cold. I called to have someone check the thermostat. The maintenance worker was nice; however, after working on the unit for more than an hour, the room remained cold. I was told to contact the desk for another room. I had to rise up early the next day for work at 6 am. I took a shower for bed to find new room cards had been shoved under my door. I was exhausted and canceled the room change. The property is nice; however, this was a bad room location that got worse.
