The entire apartment is equipped with AC and underfloor heating. New Samsung “The Frame” 4k TV with Sonos sound system and wifi in the whole apartment.
Complete kitchen with hob, oven, micro, fridge / freezer, ice maker etc. Laundry room with washer & dryer.

There are 2 parking lots in the basement with lift up to the apartment.

In Valgrande there are 3 outdoor swimming pools and a indoor SPA area with 20 meters temperate pool, Jacuzzi, fully equipped gym, Turkish bath and sauna.

Valgrande is like park with lots of different flowers, trees and birds. small paved hiking trails with benches for just sitting and listening to birds and enjoying the vegetation.

This is a very beautiful and tranquil setting reminiscent of Palm Springs, USA.
With its beautiful harbor, lots of local and international restaurants, long sandy beaches and a fantastic sunny climate, it's a wonderful place to get back to.
The entire Sotogrande is very well supervised by security guards at all facilities and the area where the apartment is located, Valgrande, also has its own entrance with 24 hour security and reception.


Golf.
In the Sotogrande area there are 8 golf courses within 10 minutes of the apartment.
Nearly 150 meters, the world-famous Real Golf Valderrama is situated, among others. A. Hosted the Ryder Cup, the final game of the European Tour Volvo Masters and since 2016 hosted the European Tour Competition Andalucia Valderrama Master.
5 minutes from the apartment is the classic championship course
Real Golf Sotogrande, newly renovated with 18 fantastic holes plus 12 hole 'practice course'. Other high-quality courses include 27-hole San Roque, 18-hole La Reserva, 36-hole Almenara Golf Club, 36-hole Alcaidesa Golf Club. A little lower price range can be found at Doña Julia Club De Golf with 18 holes and the pearl
La Canada Golf Club which has been built and operated by the field workers at Valderrama. The land was donated by the founder and legendary owner of Valerrama Jaime Ortiz-Patino. Well worth a visit!

Sotogrande is the world metropolis for horse polo.
There are 4 polo clubs in Sotogrande.
During August each year, "The International Polo Tournament" goes off the road in Sotogrande with Royal and Celebrities from around the world as guests.
But even during other times of the year there is the opportunity to be fascinated by this spectacle.
Curiosity to know is that thanks to the great interest in Polo in Sotogrande, there are a lot of chefs from the horse country Argentina.

Highly enjoyable family holiday in Sotogrande
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Valgrande, Sotogrande. Apartment is truly fantastic - High quality, fully equiped, very large and spacious. Amazing large terrace with views of the gardens down towards the pool. All bedrooms have private bathrooms. Landscaped gardens are beautiful and pool was warm and very quiet during early July. Made good use of the facilities such as padel and gym, and also played some golf. Parking was no problem. Johan was a great host - Provided lots of good suggestions and advice and took care of us very well. Responded very quickly. We are considering to return and we would definitely recommend to others.

An amazing stay
I stayed in this beautiful apartment for a week while my daughter trained at Soto Tennis Academy. Everything was perfect! Johan was so helpful on areas to see and fabulous restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend his place.

Fantastic property!
An amazing apartment, so much space! Decorated so tastefully with all modern appliances and technology. Complex was fantastic too, with indoor pool and gym and shared outdoor pool and fantastic gardens. Short distance by car into Sotogrande which is lovely - loads of restaurants, bars and lovely Marina. Would definitely recommend and would happily go and stay here again in the future!

Fantastic stay
Brilliant stay from booking, right through to checkout. The apartment is a super spacious 3 bedder, with 3 ensuites and a further bathroom. Fully equipped with tv, sonos and bbq. The terrace has lots of space, is well equipped and comfortable. It’s also In the right spot for sun. Basically, it’s the perfect apartment to explore the local area. Pool area and grounds immaculate. Would definitely stay again. Johan was really responsive and we’ve had a brilliant 2 week holiday.

Netter, ruhiger Urlaub
Wunderschön gelegenes, ruhiges App. direkt gegenüber Valderrama. Ideal zur Lage nach Sotogrande und div. Golfplätzen. Dass der Strand nicht toll ist, ist seit Jahrzehnten bekannt. Es gibt aber reichlich Abwechslungsmöglichkeiten. Johan war ein idealer Gastgeber und hatte alles im Griff, wobei man sagen muss, der er nicht eingreifen musste, es war perfekt organisiert. In Coronazeiten auch mit dem PkW zu erreichen und eine echte Alternative zu den Resorts in Carolina und Florida. Es fehlte an nichts. Auch die Versorgung mit guten Lebensmitteln und Getränken - in unmittelbarer Nähe- ist gesichert. Wir kommen wieder

We have stayed at Valgrande for the last few years. This was the first time in Johans Appt, so we new what to expect and we were not disappointed. the standard was very high although would benefit from more lighting by way of more lamps. We will be booking again for 2020 with Johan, it was a 5 star holiday.

Genuinely Luxurious Apartment
We stayed in this beautiful and spacious apartment with our two children aged 5 and 9 for 7 days in April this year. Every appliance worked perfectly and there was a large, very new smart TV in the sitting room. The apartment has 3 useful additional rooms: a separate laundry/utility, a pantry room and a storeroom. Wi-Fi is excellent and the flat has a 5 bar 4G reception throughout. In terms of quality, this apartment could be a $2000/night suite in a Four Seasons resort. The Valgrande development is quiet, private and luxurious with a gym and indoor pool for rainy days. We would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a very comfortable break in Andalusia. Marbella is an easy 25 - 30 minutes drive, Malaga airport 1 hour, Sotogrande Marina 10 minutes.

What a beautiful apartment
We are a family of 4 who stayed in the apartment while we were looking at properties in the Sotogrande area. It's a really lovely apartment. Very spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped, and very furnished with modern, high-quality furniture. Communication with the owner was easy, as was parking right outside the block. You definitely need a car, as the apartment is not within walking distance of shops etc, but if you have that, it's difficult to fault.

Amazing stay and holiday !
We stayed a family og 6 in this beatutiful place. Our lovely and friendly host John made it egen better with his High quality of service. The appartement is very big and fully equiped. It have an amazing large terrasse with a view to the pool area. We used the pool and padel-court every day. There where no other guests. There is also free use of a big spa-area with fitness. Very nice - nothing to put a finger on!! We can recommend KE Sotogrande restaurant and also a trip to Gibraltar and Caminito del Rey. We are coming back to this lovely place!
