I was beyond happy with my stay. Staff was always so friendly and available to help. The transportation staff was amazing and love that they had taxis available that worked directly for the hotel. Ask for Mr Eduardo for your transportation needs. Overall, 10/10 my stay at the hotel

Extremely overpriced and horrible conditions. Hotel is super old, room telephones don’t work, the A/C makes a crazy noise at night, the room’s smell is horrible. Would never stay there again. I’d actually like a refund.

Great atmosphere. Staff was always readily available for any situation. Breakfast is great make sure to visit the pupusa station. Overall would recommend and go again.
