The hotel is great in general, it just that the bathroom in our room had some mold. Other than that everything was enjoyable. Their customer service is excellent, people that works there is so accommodating. Food in the restaurant is awesome. Thank you Evelin and Alex at the restaurant. They so nice! Maria Jose at the reception too. The location of the hotel is very convenient.

I love staying here. Gread staff, services, food, amenities. And the rooms are nice and comfortable. A mall in front with shops, restaurants and a sport bar downstairs. What more can you ask for.

I had an amazing stay at Barceló. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The food offered throughout the day was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options, and the location was perfect: safe and everything close by. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have to be honest, it was not my first choice, but now Barceló is my first choice.
