Great Apartment / Great Location
Nice Apartment. Location was great. Close to the old town, close to the La Concha. The apartment itself was very clean and exceeded expectations.

Super location but limited privacy
Apartment opens onto a closed courtyard of many apartments. The only problem is that the building across the way is under construction and that requires windows to be closed to avoid saws and other noisy tools. Unfortunately,it was also very warm and windows were needed for cooling. Great location. Managers were on it-the hot water heater went out and they fixed it immediately.
