Jolie maison bien localisée
Jolie maison, propre et tres bien équipée avec terrasse avec une belle vue sur le Lac de Côme a 10mn de Menaggio. Place de parking devant la maison et commerces et plage au centre du village accessibles a 5mn a pieds. Nous avons été tres bien reçus par les propriétaires. Jardin avec belle vue sur le lac accessible par quelques marches au dessus de la maison, très typique au Lac de Côme. Restaurant au village avec très bonnes pizzas! Nous recommandons!

Ein magischer Ort
Wir haben unseren Urlaub richtig genossen.Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Gegend, und haben uns sofort verliebt.Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön.Das Haus ist super! Die Betten und Kissen sehr bequem. Wir hatten alles was man braucht. Die Kinder haben das Zimmer im 2 Stock geliebt.Der Garten ist traumhaft (mit viel Liebe gestaltet) und der Ausblick auf dem See atemberaubend.Die Kommunikation mit Frau Marcolini war super und wir wurden vor Ort erwartet und sehr herzlich von ihren netten Eltern empfangen.Vielen Dank dafür! Obwohl wir kein Italienisch und sie fast kein Englisch gesprochen haben, haben wir uns hervorragend verstanden und sie haben uns alles, was wir wissen mussten erklärt. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem ist man in 5 Minuten (Auto) in Menaggio. Im Haus findet man auch ganz viele Broschüren aus der Gegend.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Noch mal vielen Dank

Toll gelegenes Haus mit schöner Terasse und Blick auf den See.
Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal dort und haben bereits für nächstes Jahr gebucht. Geschirr, Gläser, Bettwäsche und und und… alles top. Was schön wäre: ein Internetanschluss, aber es geht auch so. Fußläufig zum See, das haben wir sehr genossen.

Voll schön!
Der Garten ist wunderschön und die Lage perfekt. Ein Fluss liegt ganz nah und der See ist auch nicht weit. Mit Kleinkind und jungem Hund wäre rundum dichter umzäunt einfacher gewesen, hat aber auch so gut geklappt. Niemand ist ausgebüxst und wir wären gerne länger geblieben!

Das Haus Casa Sara war in einem sauberen und guten Zustand. Was mir nicht so bewusst war sind die steilen Straßen in Acquaseria. Das ist nicht so mein Anspruch. Aber alle schönen Orte sind gut zu erreichen. Aber Achtung : es gibt nur ganz, ganz wenige Parkplätze in dieser Region *San Siro*. Ein Ausflug nach Bellagio lohnt sich 👍Como war nicht so meins. Alles ziemlich teuer. Expresso 5,00 Euro Aber generell sind die Preise rund um den Comer See wirklich in Ordnung [für Fischgerichte] und die Qualität der Speisen ist sehr gut 👍. und die Restaurants sind sehr hundefreundlich ☺️ Bitte die deutsche Brille auf den Straßen absetzen 😇🤣 hier überholt dich der Fiat 500 trotz 50 km/h in der Ortschaft 😳 aber nach ein paar Tagen hat man sich angepasst...✌️es sind halt Südländer 😅😂👍 ansonsten top alles 👍

Tolle Lage am Hang
Sauberes, tolles Haus Autofahrer sollt man allerdings können, denn das Haus Sara liegt am Hang und die Straße ist eher eine Gasse. Eigener Parkplatz. Tolle, liebevolle Vermieter. Wir würden es wieder buchen. Leider aktuell sehr viele Mücken vor Ort. Also autan und mückenstecker mitbringen Danke für alles, wir kommen irgendwann mal wieder

Liebevolle Gastgeber mit fabelhaftem Häuschen
Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, begonnen mit der reizenden in Empfangnahme durch die liebevollen Hausbesitzer. Traumhafte Lage in einem ruhigen Örtchen. Zentraler Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen. Schöne Lage über dem Comer See
Das Häuschen liegt ideal für zahlreiche Ausflüge mit dem Auto aber auch zu Fuß. An den Berghängen kann man über Pfade und durch Esskastanienwälder - und viele Kastanien sammeln - wandern und so immer neue, romantische Blicke über den See und auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge finden.

Le gîte était très agréable, très bien équipé. Le jardin très bien entretenu. Le village est également agréable avec ses petits commerces et sa plage proche des lieux touristiques. Les propriétaires étaient très prévenants.je recommande cette location.

Toller Ausblick mit wenigen Mängeln
Positiv war die Ausstattung, die Eltern haben uns sehr nett empfangen und auf wichtige Dinge hingewiesen. Der Garten ist wunderbar und der Weg zum Strand sehr nah. Allerdings sollte man gut zu Fuß sein denn es geht sehr bergab. Wichtig wäre zu erwähnen ,dass es nicht geeignet ist für 2 Paare. Das obere Zimmer ist sehr klein ,ohne Schrank und man hört im unteren Zimmer jede Bewegung von oben. Das Bad könnte mal etwas überholt werden ( Schimmel über der Dusche), alles trocknet schlecht im Haus , lag evtl. auch an dem vielen Regen zu unserer Zeit aber die Handtücher sind auch im Bad klamm. Ein Tipp unsererseits wären unbedingt Fliegengitter . Der Preis ist zwar hoch aber doch ok weil man für sich ist mit einem schönen Ausblick.

Tolle Unterkunft für individual Reisende
Es gab eine sehr nette Objektübergabe durch die Eltern der Eigentümerin. Der Garten ist klasse, nur für den Hund gab es diverse Schlupf-Löcher, die wir zu stopfen mussten. Die Lage am Fluss ist sehr schön, aber wer nachts beim Rauschen des Wassers nicht schlafen kann, hat vielleicht ein Problem. Der kleine Strand am Ort ist perfekt und außerdem die Lage des Hauses für Ausflüge sehr geeignet. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Tolle Woche am Comer See
Die Unterkunft hat die Erwartungen und Beschreibungen in vielen Punkten übertroffen. Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus und Grundstück in einer tollen Umgebung. Ruhe, aber auch Abwechslung, so wie man es wünscht. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett!

Sehr schöne Auszeit genossen
Sehr nette Vermieter, ein schönes kleines Häuschen mit super Ausstattung und einem tollen Blick vom Garten über den See. Auch wenn wir nicht so Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, konnte man am Abend im Garten unter einer mit Weinranken überdachten Terrasse den Abend ausklingen lassen. Der Hund hatte auch viel Platz zum toben im sehr schön angelegten Garten. Haus hat eine sehr gut Ausstattung und es ist alles da was man benötigt. Der Weg zum See und trotz der etwas kleinen Steigung sehr gut zum laufen und man ist in 5-10 min da! Das Restaurant Creme Caramel am See ist auch klasse und man benötigt kein Auto dahin und man kann da einen guten Wein trinken und sehr gute Pizza und Pasta essen. Besten Dank nochmals für die Auszeit die wir hier nach der ganzen Coronakrise und dem Lockdown genießen konnten!

Entspannung pur, mit herrlicher Sicht auf den Comer See inmitten einer Pflanzenpracht
Das ideale Refugium, um dem Alltagsstress zu entkommen. Auch wenn es sprachliche Barrieren zwischen uns und den Vermietern gab (sie konnten kein deutsch, wir kein italienisch, Kommunikation mit Bruchstücken englisch und Händen und Füßen), konnte alles erklärt werden und sie waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man benötigt und sehr gemütlich, auch wenn wir uns die meiste Zeit im Freien aufgehalten haben. Die Terrasse und auch der höher gelegene Garten mit Grillplatz laden förmlich dazu ein. Vom Schlafzimmer aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Comer See. Diesen kann man von verschiedenen Stellen des Hauses genießen. Wenn man morgens die Läden aufmacht, wird man schon von der Sonne, die sich auch im Wasser spiegelt, geblendet. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, man ist trotzdem schnell im Ort. Man ist allerdings auf ein KFZ angewiesen, da es im Ort keine großen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt, ebenso für die Ausflüge rund um den Comer See. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Auch bot sich das Haus an, da wir mit unserem Hund gereist sind, was für die Vermieter kein Problem dargestellt hat und der sogar gratis mitreisen konnte, obwohl er jenseits vom Handtaschenformat ist (Berner-Sennen-Collie-Mix). P.S.: Es gab kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm, das haben wir die 2 Wochen allerdings nicht vermisst.
