Welcome to our beautiful Golf Course view property, overlooking the 3rd hole on San Tan Highlands Golf Club (formerly The Golf Club at Johnson Ranch). Located in the quiet community of Johnson Ranch, just 25 minutes to the Gateway Airport in Mesa or 55 minutes to Phoenix’s Sky Harbor Airport.

The inside of our home features a bright, open concept design with vaulted ceilings. The large living room is right off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your family. The primary suite boasts a king-sized bed with attached ensuite featuring a soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, double sinks and a large walk in closet with lots of room to organize your clothes. The primary as an over-sized patio door which opens up to the patio for easy backyard access. The other two bedrooms, both offer queen sized bedroom suites accommodating a total of 6 guests. Our home offers a 65” Smart TV in the living room and a 55" Smart TV in the master bedroom complete with Wi-Fi for your convenience.

The backyard speaks for itself! It's a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your own private salt water pool, hot tub, adobe style fireplace and 3 hole putting green. Enjoy the beautiful view of the 3rd hole green from anywhere in the yard while taking advantage of the Weber BBQ.

Johnson Ranch is a private community boasting an 18-hole championship course, which contains a practice putting and chipping green and full-sized driving range. 3 community pools, several parks with play equipment, a free 9-hole pitch and putt course, tennis courts, basketball courts and a stocked catch and release fishing pond. You have access to it all as our guest.

Local shops include Fry’s Grocery store and many restaurants close by. Looking for some things to see and experience during your visit to Arizona which boasts 300 plus sunny days a year, consider MLB Cactus League Baseball with 8+ professional teams, Phoenix hosts the Phoenix Open, Arizona Cardinals football, International Raceway, The Worlds' Greatest Collector Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction in Scottsdale, Phoenix Zoo, Canyon & Saguero Lake, Schnepf Farms, Olive Mill, Raw Hide Western, and the Botanical Gardens. Consider a trip to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, Tombstone, Tuscon or Rocky Point, or Mexico! There is also a one time cleaning fee of $195.00 USD and our home is non-smoking and has a no pet policy.

NOTE: We do have a Ring doorbell on the home as well as a security camera on the front of the home and one at the back. The camera on the back of the home is on a switch which can be turned off by the renters at the front door when the home is occupied.

Glorious family vacation
We absolutely love this home! When they say "has everything you will need", they were not joking. They had batteries, sunscreen, pool towels, games, and everything I needed to cook with with. I strongly recommend this home and encourage you to check the house and kitchen supplies before you go shopping. Mike and Tara are absolute sweethearts to work with. They made sure we had all the instructions on how work the alarm system and pool. They responded to messages with more than great timing. We will definitely be renting this home again!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The property is very clean, well maintained, and has a great view of the adjoining golf course. Since there was only two of us, we used the master bedroom which was very comfortable. We used the BBQ twice which was a nice break from going out to eat. We used the pool and jacuzzi every day. The video on how to utilize the jets was very helpful. My only complaint was the pool water should've been cleaner. I don't think the filter/skimmer is being used consistently as we had to skim the pool each time before we used it. But that was just a minor inconvenience. Overall, I give our stay a 9 out of 10 and would definitely come back again.

I booked this house for my senior mom and brothers to stay while we came out for my uncles celebration of life. Communication was fantastic with the owners. The beds were extremely comfortable. The weather was so pretty so got to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Wish the time had t been so jam packed with relatives that I could have enjoyed that more. House was clean … just had a few minor issues with an elderly parent who is used to the higher toilets lol. These were standard toilets with no handrails so we had to improvise but we made it. I would definitely recommend and would use again if back in the area.

Another wonderful stay!
Just as last year, the stay was beautiful. Thank you for the lovely bottle of wine and welcome card. The house is well stocked, clean, and very comfortable. Lots of towels, pillows, pool towels, etc. was a plus! Loved using the air fryer, the kitchen has everything you need, and with Fry's right around the corner, it made quick trips very convenient. The pool area is beautiful, we enjoyed the amazing sky and sunsets right from the patio area or the hot tub! We did use the fire pit once in the evening. A few favorites we ate at; Olive Mill, Mooners BBQ, Raising Canes (chicken tenders), High Tide (seafood restaurant), Original Chop Shop, Joes Farm Grill, and Los Favoritos. We will definitely be back! Feels like a second home, Thank you!!

Great experience for first timers out of the winter cold
It is a gorgeous property that is well taken care of. Sunsets at the property were beautiful. It was a lot of driving to different parts of Arizona, like Sedona, Phoenix, Scotsdale. Not sure this midwesterner could have handled summer, but winter at 60 was perfect!

Beautiful home- exactly as advertised
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was exactly as advertised. Backyard pool area is gorgeous and where we spent about 80% of our vacation. Quiet neighborhood and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had before and throughout our stay. House was fully stocked with anything you could need- beach towels, pool floats, sunscreen, laundry detergent, hair dryers, iron, condiments, spices, miscellaneous kitchen supplies—-they thought of everything. An amazing vacation home!
We had a wonderful time at this property, so much so, we booked for next year before we even left! Check in was very easy. Communication with Tara was on point, she got back to me so quickly, we really appreciated that. The house is well stocked, plenty of pool towels, beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of pillows, which I love having. My family loved using the putting green daily. Beautiful sunsets from the back were lovely to watch. We almost had a flight issue and they offered some alternatives to stay if necessary. Horse back riding at San Tan Mountain is a must! We ate at the Olive Mill twice, wonderful food! Our family lives in the area so their commute to visit us was easy. Looking forward to our stay next year!! Thank you Mike and Tara!
