Great stay
Host is responsive and helpful! Little hiccup with parking but was resolved quite quickly. Central location for us to visit the east/northeast side of Sardinia. Would highly recommend!

Great Value
This was a great find. We are a family of 5 on a budget and this was a great value. It was near restaurants, you can walk to the beach, but our favorite beach was just a short (5 minute) drive away. Parking was big enough for our SUV with a box on top. The house had everything we needed and two lovely terraces. Wifi was fast. Host was great at communication.

A good property in a quiet location. Excellent hosts.
A very relaxing holiday. A car is a must as there is very limited public transport. There are eating places in the village but by the UK October half term most were closed. Beautiful beaches, bays and coves all within a short drive. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Having some English TV would have been a bonus. Our hosts were brilliant and kept in contact before and during our holiday. It was lovely to meet them at the end of our holiday when they were staying next door. Thank you Lina and family x

Schöne Ferienwohnung wenige Autominuten von traumhaften Stränden entfernt.
Die Woche auf Sardinien war super schön, letztendlich viel zu kurz.Wir hatten das Glück, das Lina und ihr Mann ebenfalls gerade vor Ort waren. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von beiden empfangen. Sie haben uns durch die Wohnung geführt und auch schon einige Tips mit an die Hand gegeben. Wir hatten im Vorfeld angefragt, ob wir eventuell schon füher einchecken könnten, da wir morgens früh mit der Fähre in Olbia ankommen. Auch das wurde uns ermöglicht und wir durften bereits am Vormittag in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung selber war sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. DIe Beschreibung und die Bilder auf der Homepage haben absolut übereingestimmt. Es gibt einen schönen Wohn-Essraum, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche.Frühstücken konnten wir auf der schönen Terrasse. Die Wlan-Verbindung war stabil und schnell. Die Wohnung hat eine verkehrsgünstige aber dennoch ruhige Lage. In nur wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto lassen sich verschiedene wunderschöne Strände anfahren.Fußläufig kann man mehrere Restaurants erreichen, wobei bis auf eins Saisonbedingt schon geschlossen hatten, die Pizzeria haben wir aufgrund der Kürze unseres Aufenthalts leider nicht besucht. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Minimarkt, der sogar in der Nachsaison zumindest am Vormittag geöffnet hatte. Kurzum, es war alles perfekt und wir kommen wieder.

La base ideale per esplorare l'area di Capo Coda Cavallo/San Teodoro
Esperienza davvero eccellente! L'appartamento è in perfette condizioni e non manca nulla per poterci vivere con tutti i comfort anche con i bambini piccoli. La posizione è il vero punto di forza, in quanto è possibile raggiungere sempre in meno di 10 min di auto tutte le spiagge più belle della zona. A piedi invece si accede a gelateria, pizza e ottimi ristoranti seguendo i preziosi consigli che Lina, host premurosa e disponibile, ha raccolto in un diario all'interno della casa.

Für uns Tierliebhaber Super!
Die Wohnung selbst ist ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes (Strom & Wasserversorgung) Schmuckstück das sauber und gut ausgestattet ist, mit allem was man benötigt. Tagsüber ist eine der zwei Terassen schön im Schatten und man hält es Dank der Meeresbrise gemütlich im Freien aus (auch bein 38 Grad!) Mit den Klimaanlagen ist auch die Nacht trotz den hohen Aussentemperaturen sehr erträglich. Wären da nicht Nachbars Hunde die bei jedem vorbeilaufenden bis spät in die Nacht lautstark anschlagen (wie gesagt für Tierliebhaber :-), gäbe ich 100 Punkte! Dafür gibt es hier einige Schmusekatzen die einen solche Dinge gleich wieder vergessen lassen :-) Den in der Anzeige befindlichen Whirlpool sucht man leider vergebens! Lediglich die Marke der Waschmaschine trägt diesen Namen:-) Die recht nahegelegenen Strände (mit dem Auto 10 Minuten...) sind sauber, feinsandig und sehr flach ins saubere Wasser verlaufend. Ein Paradies auch mit kleinen Kindern! Manche der Strände sind Kostenpflichtig und müssen 2 Abende zuvor online ab18:00 Uhr (innerhalb von 2 Minuten) gebucht werden. Dafür ist hier dank der Personenbegrenzung viel Platz! Einkaufen ist vor Ort in kleinen Läden für einzelne Dinge möglich. Für den großen Einkauf empfehle ich Olbia (25 Minuten mit dem Auto) Es war sehr schön und auch sehr erholsam!!!

Excelente alojamiento para estancia tranquila
El acceso al alojamiento ha sido muy cómodo, sin necesidad de quedar con la propietaria. Una vez dentro hemos tenido información del funcionamiento de la casa y de los lugares a visitar. Lina ha estado pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. La casa es muy cómoda y bien equipada. La terraza estupenda para desayunar y cenar. Muy aconsejable. Hemos estado muy a gusto

Ein tolles Apartment in guter Lage
Wir waren insgesamt für 6 Wochen in Linas Apartment und haben es sehr genossen. Das Apartment war blitzsauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Da wir zeitweise auch arbeiten mussten, waren wir dankbar über das gut funktionierende schnelle Internet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einwandfrei! Sie war stets erreichbar und hat jede unserer Fragen/Probleme umgehend beantwortet/gelöst. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich toll. Viele der schönsten Strände sind in wenigen Auto-Minuten erreichbar und man ist auch schnell im Inland, wo man toll wandern gehen kann. Ebenso gibt es im Ort selbst 2-3 gute Restaurants und weitere Restaurants findet man im Umkreis weniger Kilometer. Ein Auto ist nicht zwingend notwendig, allerdings empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank liebe Lina für die schöne Zeit in Deinem Apartment!

Das Appartement ist sehr gemütlich, schön eingerichtet und hat einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Es mangelte an gar nichts. In unmittelbarer Nähe (5 Minuten zu Fuß) gibt es Restaurants, eine Pizzeria und eine kleine Gastronomie, sodass man nicht wirklich weit weg fahren muss, wenn man etwas braucht. Es gibt auch mehrere schöne Strände in der Nähe, diese sind allerdings nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Eigentümerin Lina betreut ihre Gäste sehr liebevoll und steht jederzeit zur Verfügung, wenn es Probleme gibt. Bei uns war zum Beispiel ein totaler Stromausfall im Appartement, den Lina in nicht einmal 15 Minuten nach unserer Meldung per WhatsApp behoben hat. Außerdem hat Lina uns erlaubt, früher einzuchecken und wesentlich später auszuchecken, als bei der Buchung vereinbart wurde. Also, wenn wir in den nächsten Jahren wieder auf Sardinien fahren würden, dann wissen wir schon eine Adresse, wo man sehr gut aufgehoben wird.

Nous avons passé deux semaines en famille. Point positif : Appartement propre et bien équipé. Literie de bonne qualité. Accueil et contact avec la propriétaire agréable et efficace. Un livre d’accueil est présent, il liste les points d’interêt à proximité, les plages valant le détour (elles sont nombreuses !), les restaurants, il est à compléter si nécessaire ce qui en fait une petite bible qui nous a bien aidé. Point négatif : La route est assez passante en haute saison. La proximité avec le voisinage, en particulier la voisine du dessous qui a des chiens en permanence dehors et un rythme de vie décalé ce qui entraîne des aboiements même la nuit. En outre elle avait une pompe d’arrosage défectueuse et qui provoquait un bruit répétitif et fatiguant loué et nuit. Heureusement qu’il y a une climatisation efficace car on ne peut pas dormir fenêtres ouvertes ! L’intervention de la propriétaire a pu améliorer un peu ce problème mais pas totalement. La vue depuis la terrasse ne présente que peu d’intérêt. La maison du voisin d’en face étant très proche. Enfin la petite terrasse de l’entrée est à partager avec un appartement de vacances dont la porte d’entrée est à côté du notre. Heureusement pour nous la propriétaire ne l’avait pas loué ce qui fait que nous n’avons pas eu à gérer une éventuelle promiscuité ou un planning pour l’apéro, ou le petit déjeuner qui est bien agréable sur cette terrasse.

Un‘ apartamento per rilassarsi
Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und konnten das Appartement schon vorzeitig beziehen. Es liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel, nah an etlichen Traumstränden. Das Appartment ist gut ausgestattet mit angenehmer Klimaanlage. Den schönen, großen Balkon konnten wir auch bei Hitze gut nutzen. Ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen, zum Schwimmen und für großartige Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Lina vielen Dank. Siamo stati accolti molto bene e anche è stato possibile trasferirsi nell'appartamento in anticipo perchè arrivavamo molto presto. È situato in un quartiere tranquillo, vicino a diverse spiagge bellissime. L’ appartamento ha tutto ciò di cui ha bisogno e una buona aria condizionata. Zauberhafte große FeWo mit schönem Blick
Wir möchten uns hier herzlich bei Lina und Natalie bedanken.Unseren Aufenthalt haben wir in dem kleinen , gepflegten Ort Montepetruso genossen.Die FeWo war vollumfänglich ausgestattet.Wir haben nichts vermisst.Das Bett hatte eine sehr gute Matratze und somit haben wir sehr gut geschlafen.Unser sonniges Frühstück wurde jeden Tag mit einem tollen Blick auf das Dorf und dem Berg Tavolara belohnt. Très bon séjour chez Lina
Une très belle expérience chez Lina! Appartement confortable et bien équipé, très propre. De très belles plages à quelques kilomètres en voiture. Le coin est gérable, même à la mi août... pour ceux comme nous qui préfèrent arriver sur le sable un peu avant 11h! San Teodoro très sympa et animé le soir! Des "petits" commerces et pizzeria à proximité. Cala Girgolu tout près (sortie Pédalo Exceptionnelle à 40 euros les 2h!!), Spiaggia Isuledda pour la fin d'après midi et la soirée en mode pique nique... et le coup de cœur pour Cala Suaraccia et la baie de Capo Coda Cavallo... Prévoyez un petit budget parking plage, mais ça les vaut tellement! Merci Lina!

L'appartamento della Signora Lina dispone di ampi spazi interni e di un bellissimo terrazzo da cui si vede la maestosa isola di Tavolara. La pulizia è ottima. I letti sono molto comodi. I giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato erano tra i più caldi dell'estate, abbiamo quindi più volte dovuto usare l'aria condizionata: l'impianto di climatizzazione dell'appartamento é perfetto. L'appartamento è ubicato al secondo piano di una casetta a schiera, in una piccola località residenziale (un agglomerato di casette e villette, niente di più), in cui si possono comunque trovare i servizi essenziali, serve ovviamente l'auto per spostarsi. La posizione risulta nel complesso molto buona perché le innumerevoli e magnifiche spiagge del litorale di San Teodoro sono tutte a pochi km dall'appartamento.
