Short stay
We were 4 therefore we had the flat and not the room. Small but relatively comfortable. Two small rooms and the living area with a small kitchen. Shame that tiny details were not taken into consideration: lack of shelves ,door handle of the wardrobe loose ,open wiring of the boiler in the toilet, no rubbish bins provided, bidet too close to the washing machine and not easily accessible, part of shower door missing and replaced with curtain, only 1 toilet roll provided for 4 people for a 4 days stay and no breakfast included as specified in the booking confirmation ( they said they give it only to the rooms). Location is ideal if you don’t wanna stay in the city centre but wanna enjoy the quiet only 5km far from it. The check in did not go as planned and I believe they not so well organised generally speaking but after a chat we managed to get some missing stuff.Overall I can recommend for a short stay but only if you are an adaptable person!

L’aria condizionata non funziona. Pulizia? Lasciamo perdere. La struttura è maltenuta, rubinetto del bidet rotto; l’acqua deve accendere la pompa ogni tanto perché non arriva nella doccia. L’unica cosa positiva è che abbiamo trovato il frigo pieno di bottiglie d’acqua.

Imbarazzante!
Struttura da risistemare, gestione terrificante, camera all'arivo non pronta e abbiamo dovuto attendere 2 ore per la pulizia, appartamento carino ma con utensili di scarsa qualità e dettagli da risistemare, ingresso tra i bidoni dell'immondizia e parcheggio interno non utilizzabile in quanto il cortile era un deposito di materiale edile e mobili smontati- Peccato , perchè con poca attenzione e cura un piu' si potrebbe avere un risultato migliore
