Amazing View however lots of lost opportunities - the villa would require a complete turnaround
We’ve been at the Villa for 3 weeks. The view is stunning however doesn’t compensate the misses of what could be a perfect place if properly taken care of. The Villa requires lots of improvements to properly fit with the price paid for it. Lack of care in many things unfortunately impacted negatively most of our first week. Thanks to the support of the agency se basic effort was put in place to restore the basics. We strongly suggest better selection of clientele and alignment with the higher standards that other property around have.
Siamo stati alla Villa per 3 settimane. La vista è spettacolare ma non compensa le mancanze di quello che potrebbe essere un posto perfetto se fosse mantenuto con adeguata cura. La Villa richiede migliorie significative per essere allineata al prezzo pagato per il soggiorno. La mancanza di cura in molte aree sfortunatamente ha impattato negativamente la maggior parte della nostra prima settimana di ferie. Grazie al supporto dell’agenzia alcune cose sono state ripristinate allo stato di base. Consigliamo vivamente una migliore selezione della clientela e allineamento agli standard di molte delle proprietà della zona.
