in a well-kept context, with green gardens and private parking, the accommodation looks like a turret and for this reason it enjoys a view that few houses have, it consists of a double bedroom, a small bedroom with bunk beds
kitchenette bathroom with shower living room with large panoramic terrace of approx. 25 m2 with barbecue. NEW dishwasher and induction hob !!!!
downstairs a bedroom with a single bed with bathroom
nice furnishings. the property is finished with exposed beams and terracotta flooring .. from all the windows the view is panoramic on the sea.
the beaches can be reached on foot in a few minutes. security and video surveillance service. many sporting activities such as golf tennis diving center swimming lessons water aerobics and sailing.
a few km outside the village there is a flight field also with teacher and riding center with the possibility of horse riding on the beach.
in the village there are various boutiques, bricolage for adults and children, an important art gallery,
 discounted rates in relation to the length of stay.

Sehr gute Lage - mega Ausblick
Die Lage der Wohnung und die Aussicht waren sensationell! Auch gut war die Einbettung in die Anlage Puntaldia, dort bekommt man alles was man benötigt. Großer Pluspunkt war der gute Zugang zum Nordende von La Cinta. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, lediglich die Badezimmer fanden wir ein bisschen zu eng. Die Küchenausstattung war wirklich gut, nur der Geschirrspüler (auf der Terrasse untergebracht) müsste dringend ersetzt werden! Unterm Strich würden wir auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder kommen!!

Nous avons été totalement enchantées par notre séjour ! La propriété est parfaitement aménagée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut , elle est extrêmement propre et idéalement située. Nous avions également un pass pour traverser la mer pour aller à la cinta avec un Pédalo. La terrasse est sublime! Tout est encore plus joli que sur les photos et c'est très grand. C'est très très calme, très reposant , bref vraiment rien à dire de négatif, et la propriétaire est un ange !!! Communication au top! Je recommande vivement , allez y en toute confiance!

Ein wunderschönes Apartment in sehr gepflegter Anlage
Wir kamen in die Wohnung und hatten gleich einen Wow- Erlebnis und das setzte sich weiter,als wir zur Terrasse mit Grill kamen. Ein traumhafter Blick auf das Meer und gemütlicher Einrichtung .Auch das Wohnzimmer war im modernen mediterranen Stil eingerichtet. Alle notwendigen Geräte waren vorhanden. Selbst Gewürze waren da. Ein schöner Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen ist in der SAISON geöffnet und auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Alessandra war ganz super, prima Wegbeschreibung und ein kleines Problem konnten schnell geregelt werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sicheren und sehr gepflegten Anlage. Wir kommen gern wieder, und empfehlen diese Wohnung !

Wunderbares Objekt und unglaublich nette Vermieterin, die wirklich immer zur Stelle war und sehr hilfsbereit ist. Die Lage und das Umfeld sind wunderbar an gute Infrastruktur angeschlossen. Wir reisten im März/April, vieles war noch geschlossen. Dafür genossen wir den Luxus der absoluten Ruhe. Alles in allem 10 von 10!

Das Haus war noch schöner als beschrieben und die ganze Anlage hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Außerhalb der Saison hat natürlich einiges geschlossen und es finden Wartungsarbeiten statt, aber war kein Problem für uns. Tolle Wegbeschreibung durch WhatsApp-Videos und auch während des Aufenthalts konnten wir Alessandra immer erreichen. Sehr gerne wieder. Grazie mille, Alessandra!

Posto meraviglioso
La casa si trova in un contesto meraviglioso, il consorzio Puntaldia, appena varchi l'ingresso entri in un posto magico, con giardini curatissimi, campi da tennis, piscina, l'occhio si perde nei dettagli, tutto a portata di mano compresa la spiaggia piccola ma vicinissima, in bici 2-3 minuti. Inoltre c'è anche il servizio che trasporta dalla spiaggia del villaggio a quella di fronte separata di un piccolo tratto La Cinta assolutamente la numero 1 nei dintorni anche se ce ne sono di bellissime e tutte nelle vicinanze (Lu Impostu, Brandinchi, Capo coda cavallo, ..) . La casa di Alessandra l'ho adorata in particolar modo per il terrazzo stupendo con una vista mare impareggiabile, da entrambi i lati, c'è anche il barbecue che abbiamo utilizzato ed è molto comodo. Insomma cene a sorseggiare un bel Vermentino di Sardegna con vista super appagante, cosa si può volere di più? La casa ha le travi a vista, particolare molto carino, ed ha archi e oggetti di arredo particolari che la caratterizzano. Un grazie ad Alessandra la padrona di casa che è stata prodiga di molti ottimi consigli e sempre pronta ad aiutare ed intervenire in caso di necessità. Insomma una vacanza meravigliosa che rifarei anche subito. Consigliatissima

Familienurlaub
Die Aufteilung der Zimmer, die Terasse mit wundervollem Meerblick und die Strandnähe in Laufdistanz sind unschlagbar. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung des Objektes stimmen mit der Wohnung überein und übertreffen diese noch. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Alessandra verlief reibungslos und sehr entgegenkommend bei der An- und Abreise. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür. Die Wohnung ist ideal für eine Familie oder auch 2 Paare. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hier her zurück kommen.

Mit diesem Aufenthalt wollten wird die letzten Sonnenstrahlen in Strandnähe genießen (2 Erwachsenen mit 1 und 6 Jährigem Kindern). Die praktischen Details klärte die nette Vermieterin im Voraus per WhatsApp mit Videos. ### Haus ### Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir alles wie beschrieben. Das kleine Haus war sogar besser als erwartet hinsichtlich Sicherheit für unsere 1jährige Tochter. Dennoch ist zu vermerken, dass die Steckdosen keinen Kinderschutz haben. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit einer Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Induktionskochfeld, Mikrowelle, Toaster usw. Das Wohnzimmer mit angeschlossenem großen Balkon ist sehr gemütlich und ist Abends sehr angenehm. Auch der Meerblick ist wunderschön. Man kann das Meer von zwei Seiten, um die Spitze (Puntaldia) beobachten. ### Lage ### Das Haus befindet sich in einer größeren gepflegten Siedlung mit sehr viel Grün, Geschäften, Sicherheitsdienst. Natürlich Ende Oktober sind nahezu alle Geschäfte geschlossen. Ein Auto ist notwendig, um einzukaufen und Restaurantbesuche. Der näheste Sandstrand "Spiaggia Puntaldia" ist auch einer der schönsten, den wir gesehen haben und ca. 700m fußläufig zu erreichen. Das konnte unsere 6-jährige Tochter problemlos schaffen. Das Wasser ist sehr sauber und das Schnorcheln machte viel Spaß. Zu der Anlage gehört auch einen Golfplatz mit Hotel und Restaurant, Tennisplatz, Schwimmbad, Spielplatz, wofür eine Karte von der Vermieterin zur Verfügung gestellt wird. ### Fazit ### Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist definitiv sehr gut. Die Lage, das Haus und die Nebensachen wie der Spielplatz sind für Urlaub mit Kindern sehr angenehm. Die Vermieterin stand immer zur Verfügung für kleine Fragen, die sie immer freundlich beantwortete. Wir bedanken uns sehr herzlich für die entspannte Zeit und empfehlen die Unterkunft.

Die Ferienwohnung war für unsere Zwecke ideal!Gute Raumaufteilung, außer der kleinen Küche. Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Abstrichen
Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern in der Ferienwohnung, die mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Der Blick von der ca 20 qm großen Loggia ist traumhaft und der Gemeinschaftspool in der Anlage mit 25 m Länge hat vor allem unsere Kinder begeistert. Abstriche muss man beim Wasserdruck in den Duschen, dem Warmwasser (in der Küche hatten wir gar keines und in der Dusche etwas wechselhaft) hinnehmen. Auch ist die Treppe in das untere Schlafzimmer nicht für Menschen über 1,90m geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit unserer Vermieterin Alessandra per WhatsApp hat gut funktioniert - sehr aufmerksam und freundlich! Die Strände in der Umgebung sind großartig, man sollte aber eher zu kleineren Buchten fahren, da ist es nicht so überlaufen.

La terrazza è sicuramente il punto forte della casa, una vista spettacolare. Tuttavia non è adatta a famiglie con bambini piccoli che potrebbero sporgersi in modo pericoloso. La spiaggia è bellissima, il quartiere molto curato.
