The house is about 70 square meters, the large veranda that surrounds the house and the garden complete a lot of about 500 square meters. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, lounge, three double bedrooms and a bathroom. In the mezzanine two more single beds. In the garden with covered veranda there are garden furniture, deck chairs and a large barbeque ideal for all your roast desires. Outside there is also the second bathroom plus another external shower.
The town of Sa Rocca Tunda remains today "wild" and unspoiled.

At only 150mt, the beach and the crystal clear sea with a sandy bottom are suitable for all formats: from the largest to the smallest.

The beach is served by two bars where you can comfortably have a hearty meal and a resale of fruit and vegetables will not make you miss the opportunity to stay light with taste.

At 2 km away, in Putzu Idu or Mandriola you can find all the other services such as restaurants, tobacconists, newspapers, horseback riding, boat trips, etc.

As for the house, the words are unfortunately zero.
