Explore the 9 miles of walking trails and the 9 acres of park areas within the development. Bring your camera!

Perfect winter trip
This place was great for our family of 4…we enjoyed escaping to go ski at Schweitzer and explore Sandpoint and have a cozy little place to relax.

GREAT PLACE!!!!
Fantastic place! We have friends that live in the community full time and so fun to be able to walk to their place and have our own space to come back to! Had everything we could've wanted in the house and the location is spectacular! Dover Bay is a must return!

Love Dover Bay ! Just know you have to walk a little ways to the water . We needed lawn chairs so went and bought some in town . Lovely place !
