Located right on the marina and first avenue ( the Main Street of town), you will have access to all the best activities. A one block stroll to coffee shops, city beach, shopping and all the fun of downtown. Enjoy two of towns best local bars and eateries, downstairs at The Bank and Barrel 33. You'll love this private, spacious penthouse apartment!
The space
Penthouse 105 is the 3,000 sq ft Second Floor of the Historic Fidelity Trust Building that was build in 1906. It has been fully remodeled and updated yet still has the unique charm and character of a historic building. You will enter through a private front entrance on First Avenue and ascend the stairs to this spacious elegant apartment. Outside at the rear of the Penthouse you will find lovely patios and gardens leading down to the marina. The Bank and Barrel 33 both utilize the outside areas to serve during the summer months serving lunch, dinner and cocktails. From the Marina you can take the boardwalk across Sand Creek one block to access City Beach and the bike path.

Out the front door, you will have direct access to First Ave ( the Main Street of downtown) filled with shops and restaurants.

A 20 minute drive to Schweitzer Mountain for skiing. You have the best of both worlds!

Celebrating our daughter getting married
Our immediate family stayed here after our daughter got married. The home was beautiful and easy walking distance to anything downtown. Our host was wonderful answering any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property
We thoroughly enjoyed the property - the rooms were very spacious and air conditioning worked well. The natural light was amazing. We enjoyed the character of this old property. The location could not be beat - the only downside was that two of the bedrooms face the street and just below is a three way traffic stop, where we could hear big trucks braking regularly, even at night. I guess this should be expected for a location in town but I was surprised at the traffic noise level for such a small town.

Short Stay but Great!
Six of us stayed for just two nights, but we wish we could have stayed longer! We had a few minor issues that were taken care of immediately and we appreciated the immediate attention we were given. The unit has everything you need and more!! And a great location! We will book it again if we travel out to Sandpoint again!
