The backyard is nice and secure for our dogs. House is typical historical house, SMALL, but still decent. Does have the normal historical features-low ceilings, small rooms, etc., but overall a good place. Could stand to have the roof cleaned and the outside paint freshened up, but was as advertised. Check in is at 3 not 2, but owner is easy to work with and was flexible for checkout since we locked our keys in and had to wait for a locksmith.
There is NO HOMELESS camp in the area and area was fairly quite beyond normal noise from businesses, traffic, and the occasional train. House is central to a lot of things to do. Worked for what we needed for the week we stayed.
