Featuring a fully screened lanai and picturesque pool views, this one bedroom, one bathroom unit serves as an ideal island retreat for small families and couples alike. Enjoying sought-after south east sun exposure, the unit is bathed in natural light, enhancing the coral and sunset tones that adorn its interior. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-sized bed, while a sleeper sofa in the main living area provides additional sleeping space. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with an updated vanity. With stainless steel appliances, tile floors, and its proximity to the pool just steps away, #2 stands out as the ultimate poolside condo on Sanibel Island.
Community Pool is currently out of order. Estimated completion date is January 1st, 2025, but host cannot offer any guarantee it will be completed by that date and will accept no liability or offer any compensation for unavailability of this amenity. Please contact host for more details.
House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.
Furry friends welcome, max 2, and require a $200 per pet non-refundable pet fee to be paid directly to the management company.
