Walk into this stunning spacious Bayside condo with open floor plan and stunning finishes. As you walk into the new kitchen, you will notice the stunning countertops, stainless steel appliances, glass tiled backsplash and driftwood inspired floors. Coastal chic décor makes this a unique and one-of-a-kind condo. You will have plenty of space for entertaining at the large kitchen table with seating for six and seating for four at the breakfast bar. The open living room has a comfortable sectional couch with flat screen TV. A large balcony off the living area with a glimpse of the Bay and tropical surroundings. The first bedroom is off the dining area with a sleeper sofa and sliding barn door. Open the windows to your glassed-in porch while dining alfresco from one of the fabulous meals prepared in your stunning kitchen. The guest bedroom has two comfortable beds, one queen the other twin a large flat screen television and ample closet space. The guest bathroom has glass tiled shower and tub combo. The master suite is truly stunning with a king bed large closets and an attached bath with tiled shower and dual sinks. The master bedroom also has its own lanai with large couch for relaxing your days away all enjoying the tropical breeze in sounds of the bay.

Lighthouse point is the last condominium complex before the Lighthouse Beach Park. Located on the smaller side of the island you can reach the beach by walking on the shore of the bay or right across the street to the beach boardwalk. Lighthouse condominiums also feature a large, heated pool and clubhouse. On the east end of the island this complex is quit, well-maintained but also close to everything Sanibel has to offer. The Sanibel marina is just a few blocks away. Restaurants, shops, the fishing pier, the historical lighthouse and one of the best shelling beaches are all within walking distance. Best Location on Sanibel Island
We have been spending January on Sanibel Island for the last 6 years. We picked Lighthouse Point Condos because of the rental price and discovered a hidden gem. LHP is the last unit before you get to the Lighthouse. That means you are walking distance to both Gulf and Bay beaches, great little shopping area and the Marina. You are also on the quiet end of the Island. The people at LHP are friendly and the maintenance staff top notch. But the owner of the condo decided to sell. There was nothing available at LHP, so we stayed elsewhere in 2021. When this rental came available we grabbed it as fast as we could. Couldn’t be happier being back at LHP. Have the added advantage of the rental being managed by Kingfisher Realty, so there’s people on the island to handle your needs. One small maintenance issue was resolved within hours. Would highly recommend both LHP as a place to stay on Sanibel and Kingfisher as a property manager.

Elevators consistently out of order :(
We have gone to Sanibel and Captiva many times over the past four decades. My grandparents lived on the island and then retired in Ft Myers. My grandfather is now 100 years old, and we stay on Sanibel to bring him to the island, visit my grandmother’s burial site, and share family meals at our rental. The primary reason for my negative review was that we had a very stressful time trying to get the elevator serviced near our condo (and with ramp access). When I called to tell the on-call maintenance manager that a handicapped building accessibility point was not working, I was told that overtime for a person to come onsite would not be authorized. Because it was a holiday weekend, that meant the closest elevator would be out of service for several days at a minimum. An elevator at the other end of the building was operational but the immediate access point required scaling several steps to access or required walking 2x the length of the building to go from the nearest ramp to the elevator and then to the unit. We decided that we would take a risk and have my grandfather try to scale the steps and then walk the shorter distance with his walker. Fortunately nothing happened, but it created a lot of stress for us. The elevators were shut down for a hurricane, but it took several more days to get the closest elevator working. I hope that the facilities managers will be more clear if certain units are expected to have reduced or better handicap access.

Nice unit but strange layout.
The location on Sanibel was great but the unit wasn't laid out very well. Although it was recently renovated the second bedroom was dark and not very inviting. For us, we missed a screened in lanai and didn't love the pool area. However, we loved the access to both the gulf side and the bay side. I must say, the other owners were not very friendly.

Beautiful condo with a great location and a beautiful pool which was well-maintained. The outside of the building (hallways, etc.) could possibly use a bit of paint but generally an extremely high quality property. Location to bay and ocean is great also. The people in the condo units were very friendly and kind to my elderly parents.

We had such a nice time visiting Sanibel. Great biking, beaches, restaurants. Lighthouse Point was a great location, across the street from the Gulf beach and a lovely bay beach in the backyard. Quiet and peaceful. We will definitely return.
