Unit 304, at Sanibel Siesta on the Beach is 77 steps to our private sunning, swimming, shelling beach! The owner takes great pride in this updated relaxed beach condo. Unit 304 is rated exceptional by Vrbo guests. The condo is ideal for couples,families, snowbirds, reunions, chic trips,etc. Recent updates include new impact sliders in living and dining rooms, some new artwork, kitchenware,new rugs, pack and play, highchair, new king nectar mattress in master bedroom, new 55 inch t.v in living room, etc. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need to prepare gourmet meals.The condo has 3 flatscreen tv’s, 2 stereos, 3 dvd’s,etc. The condo has a walk-in shower with seat in guest bath. There is a den off the master bedroom with couch and a telework desk with a view of the landscaped lagoon. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Previous updates include new lamps, guest room furniture, new tile floors, etc,.The guest room has twin beds, comfortable chair ,tv and dvd. The condo has games, puzzles, dvd library, books and 3 charging stations.The private garage has a beach wagon, beach chairs ,beach toys and spf50 beach umbrella!  The large screened lanai seats 6 and overlooks the lagoon, large heated pool with tiki hut umbrellas and partial view of the Gulf of Mexico.There are two golf courses nearby, bike rental onsite for 25 miles of bike trails, barbecue grills and 2 restaurants next door. Perfect Anniversary Venue
I booked 25th wedding anniversary stay in April 2024. Then Debbie, Helene and Milton hit Florida west coast. My sponsor Ann provided timely update on the property and reassured us that all would be great. Ann's objective updates wer very helpful and enabled us to have our best anniversary trip ever. Wir waren direkt nach den Hurricanes dort und es liefen überall noch Aufräumarbeiten. Die Insel ist doch ganz schön mitgenommen. Das Apartment war ok. Man ist wirklich direkt am Strand, das ist toll. Größe und Ausstattung sind gut, aber es ist alles ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, die Stühle Lösen sich teilweise auf und wir fanden die Einrichtung eher kitschig.

Great Girls Get-away!
My 2 daughters and I recently returned from a much needed girls trip. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. It was close to the beach (which we definitely wanted) and large enough for us to be comfy during our down time. But the unexpected part was the excellent communication with the owner, Annie. She answered every question we had and offered great suggestions for our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever lucky enough to be able to come back!!

Happy return to Sanibel
My family has stayed in Sanibel many times over the years. This was our first trip back since Hurricane Ian. There is a lot of construction going on, but it meant there were few people on the beach. The shelling was the best I've ever seen. We had a great stay. The owner was communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing beach getaway
I had a relaxing getaway at the condo in Sanibel. It had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The space is well appointed and comfortable. The owner is welcoming and helpful. The location of the property could not be better. It is truly paradise being able to spend time in Sanibel and just enjoy the beach and pool without having to bring anything. We will defintiely be back!

Girl's Trip
My friends and I (6 teachers on summer break;) had an incredible time during our girl's trip to Sanibel Island. The condo was in the perfect location, allowing us to visit multiple beaches around Sanibel. Among all the beaches we visited, we unanimously agreed that the one near the condo was the best by far. Our host, Ann, was simply amazing. She was incredibly accommodating, checking in on us regularly and providing excellent recommendations for dinners and outings. Ann even made sure we had more than enough beach chairs for our daily relaxation by the shore. I cannot recommend this condo and host highly enough - they both deserve an A++++ rating. I am confident that anyone visiting the area will fall in love with it just as we did.

Relaxing stay on Sanibel Island
Both my friend and I had the same immediate first impression after we arrived - we thought this condo was probably one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in on vacation, so that was much appreciated! Short walk to the pool and the beach was very good. Pool is in excellent shape and the pool area is a well-maintained area. No place is perfect, so there are always things to be found that can be improved - for example, the mattresses in both of our rooms could be updated and have provided more support (both of us thought they were not very comfortable to sleep in). Kitchen was adequately stocked for two of us. The complex overall was quiet in the evenings. Loved that you can bring a dog with you to the beach at this condo unit! Condo is a short drive to some very good restaurants.

Relaxing Stay
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Sanibel Siesta ! It’s located near great bike trails, golf, tennis, restaurants and shops. The garage has everything you need for the beach along with a wagon to put it all in! The beach is great with lots of shells to gather. The common areas are real pretty with much greenery and flowers. The apartment is situated in a perfect spot near the stairs, garage, laundry, pool, grill, beach and bikes! My family and I enjoyed the screened in porch to play card games or just relax and read a book. Ann was available to answer all my questions. Front desk was helpful too.

The location of this property is great! Just a few steps to the beautiful beach. Very spacious condo. VERY friendly office ladies. If you don't need a lot of extra amenities on site, and just a great place to stay- this is perfect.

We loved the size of the condo and separate bedrooms for our family! It was a perfect distance to the pool and beach! Bikes were easily accessible and a perfect variety of pool and beach toys! A few more linens would have been nice is the only negative. Thanks so much for the stay!!

Coming back to Sanibel
Everything was fine with the property. We were disappointed that the small den off the master bedroom had no AC so we couldn't use it for our grandchild to sleep in. We managed to put single blowup mattress by the master bed. Was nice to have the garage with beach equipment and toys. They accomomadated us with a second vehicle. We didn't use the bedroom tv's but was nice to have. If we had stayed longer would have made use of movies and games. Walk to beach was just right amount. I would recommend this property. We actually lived here in the 1980s. Have made many trips back. First time staying at lighthouse end of Island. August is not a busy time. The fishing wasn't good. That and shelling are better at other times of year. But this was when our daughter could come. We still enjoyed our time and staying at the property was great.

And end of the summer quick getaway!
Everything was perfect and everything was so nice and clean which is hard to do at the beach. The only one negative was 1 bathroom meaning the shower was not working other than that it was perfect!
