Leider liefen Bauarbeiten bereits ab 06.00 Uhr. Im Innenhof und in der Marktgasse beflnden sich Gaststätten, somit ist eine Lärmbelästigung verhanden. Der Standort am Markt ist zentral, es entstehen Gebühren im Parkhaus von 09.00 € am Markt pro Nacht. Das Umfeld ist sehr gut begehbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut.
