This is hotel is nice, the food is delicious. Staff is AMAZING!. I didn’t like the pool area, lounge chairs were practically right on top of each other, no personal space at all and I also wish they had more cocktails to choose from the AI package.

The only thing going for that property is the staff from reception to bar to waiters, everybody is amazing so loving so happy performing their jobs with a full heart But the rooms are from the 17th century, and the Bed broke my back there are no Bed Sheets and no pillows no blankets. It’s freezing cold. The property is seriously old very very old. I was surprised completely different than not. I saw online. But I would love to salute all the staff for the unbelievable service which made the stay bearable. Jen and Victor were exceptional from reception to all their beautiful attending and service

La estadía estuvo bien, recalcando la amabilidad del personal, especialmente los del restaurante, área de piscina y recepción. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, inmediatamente frente a la playa. Si tienen media pensión, hay restaurantes y supermercados cerca para conseguir lo necesario. El buffet de desayuno y cena muy rico, sumamente variado. Solo recalcaría que faltan ciertas amenidades en el cuarto y baño como una guía de televisión (así como mayor cantidad de canales- son muy pocos y muchos en otros idiomas). Y estaría bueno también tener acceso a amenidades del baño que usualmente se ofrecen en este tipo de hoteles. En general, muy buena estadía.
