Five star and then some!
Absolutely fantastic place. The food selection and quality was absolutely first class. The food truck was a particular highlight. It was also refreshing to have a selection of fresh fruit and cheeses at every meal, rather than just at breakfast. Also, fresh olive bread at breakfast was to die for. The entertainment was spot on. Laid back vibe but just enough. Rooms spacious and spotless. Two minor issues. There was dog mess in the gravel for several days despite the grounds being well tended. The mats on the sun loungers had seen better days. We will be returning. Thank you

We stayed for x2 nights when we arrived I couldn’t get a booking for either of the a la carte restaurants on both nights but I explained to them only here for two nights and they accommodated me in both! The pools were fabulous we came off season so plenty of space around the pools Loved the roof too pool and bar Will come back again for a x3 day break for sure Breakfast fantastic we didn’t pay for the upgraded all inclusive but if your into old fashioned and negroni you better go for the ultra! A really decent all inclusive

The best hotel I have stayed at, not only were the staff amazing but the stay was worth every Pennie spent. We had suit which was all inclusive, which I would highly recommend to anyone staying at this hotel. The quality of food and drinks is excellent. I well be rebooking very soon. The hotel was chic and all the staff we met were very friendly. Unfortunately we had food poisoning on the third day which blighted the stay somewhat. As others have mentioned getting the first drink at dinner was quick, any subsequent ones were either not forthcoming or you had to try and catch someone’s eye. It was only towards the end of the stay we realised the food truck did lunch, it was only explained when checking in about the additionally charged degustation menu. We had a sea front room which made for amazing sunsets but got quite noisy as it overlooked the main pool. Easy walk into town, or opposite the hotel and across the cliff in the other direction ending up at the beach at the side of the hotel. Taxi from the airport was €36 to the hotel was €40.

Good but not great
Our second visit here (Oct 2022 and Oct 2024] and whilst the service and food are still excellent, the property is starting to look tired. We often had stained or torn bed sheets. The shower heavily leaked and we could hear the water/drainage system loudly from showers and toilets in other rooms. The pool areas were quite dirty with quite a few damaged or stained sunbeds. Not a 5* star hotel by any stretch but a reasonable 4. The sunset from the Gravity Bar is a definite bonus. We also had a lovely afternoon in the spa this time which was a free perk of being a Hotels.com gold rewards member.

Amazing hotel with friendly staff. Kindly received an upgraded room. The rooms are gorgeous! Cleaning around pool area could be improved and the food wasn’t very hot at meals but overall a brilliant stay and we will return!

Nice hotel, hotel bar where entertainment is or 2 nights of entertainment !! As it said there would be every night sadly not the case,was quite disappointing. Bar staff were exceptionally busy and waiters also this area just seemed so boring and unwelcoming

Great all inclusive hotel, with fantastic facilities and staff. Only drawback is lack of vegetarian food options. When spoken with management about this they did try resolve matters, but to little avail.

The perfect relaxing holiday in Ibiza
Amazing hotel, everything was 100%. We stayed for a week and I couldn't find one fault. Spotlessly clean, fabulous staff, amazing food and drinks and it felt 5* in every area. The room was lovely, bed was so comfortable and beach right beside the hotel. The breakfast, buffet and a la carte restaurants were all amazing with a fabulous choice of food and lovely staff and the bar staff were great. Sometimes there was a very short wait for drinks or tables but we were on holidays and didn't mind that at all. Pool areas were gorgeous. Can't wait to return.
