Didn’t want to leave.
Few issues checking in, last thing you need having been up since 4am with 3 children. Maybe if it was communicated better instead of the cleaner telling me ‘soon’ it wouldn’t have been such an issue. That aside, had the best time. Apartment was clean and spacious, beds were comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great, the pool was perfect, nice and chilled. The view of the sunset from the pool area was next level. The bar on the main road was great as well. If anything, the place could do with a little updating. But not enough to be put off going back.

Good location but communication terrible
We chose this property as it was very reasonably priced. The location was good as long as you have a car but the beaches are along a rocky coastline. Better to stay on the west coast if you want beach vibes. Communication was terrible. I had to contact VRBO to get the owner to answer me a couple of months prior to check in…in response to adding another day which was not easy and owner had to add it manually…and I had to ask all the questions to get the check in process. We were advised that the checkin lady would contact us the day before or on the day. On day of checkin there had been no contact and when we reached out to her…although it was partly my fault in not advising that our check in time had reduced by 2 hours with the earlier day (would have thought this could have also been confirm by the owner when we changed the day), we were unable to pick up the key from the lady he had employed to meet us there (she refused to allow us to come to her) and she was nearly an hour late from the time she confirmed that she would be there. In all we waited at the apartment for 2.5 hours. She kept promising that she was only 15mins away and then alot of excuses as to her lateness which didn’t make sense. We had given up on her coming and started dressing ourselves for the event we were late for, in the foyer. Not a great start to our time in Ibiza. On top of this, the owner was more defensive of her saying she was technically only 20mins late from our original time of checkin.

Dreadful apartment!
Balcony rail completely broken incredibly dangerous someone could fall one floor! Check In ridiculous, no one arrived until 8pm! Not clean! Dirty and disgusting! Other peoples food and toiletries in cupboards and drawers! alcohol bottles left in the fridge. Broken shower, mouldy shower curtain and bath matt, bleach on towels that had seen better days. So bad I had to pay for hotel rooms prior to the family wedding on the Sunday so we could get ready somewhere nice

Perfect location with absolutely everything you could possibly need
This property has absolutely everything you could possibly need, plenty of bedding & towels. A full size functional kitchen with appliances & plenty of cooking utensils with extras such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, washing up liquid etc. TV with English speaking channels, iron & board, sun loungers, umbrellas, cool bags literally everything you could need on holiday. Lovely big balcony with excellent views of the sea, 2 great pools with plenty of sun loungers. The location is so peaceful & tranquil & close to some really beautiful beaches. To top it all of the host Gary was really helpful & Paola was lovely, very accommodating

Back to basics but everything you need
We’ve just had a lovely break at this property and it has grown on us as the week went on. Don’t be put off by the over developed strip as you drive down because the apartment (whilst a bit tired and in need of a refresh) was immaculately clean and tidy and has everything we needed for a week. Make sure you take even the most basic provisions though as there was nothing. Air con in main room only and take beach towels or buy cheaply at La Sirena (5 mins walk). There are two pools available and a basic but caring kids club. The main pool was often crowded with a lot of broken sun beds but the other pool was lovely and warm with much newer sunbeds and shades. The staff in the bar/restaurant could do with smiling occasionally but the food was good. Check your bill though as we had 2-4-1 cocktails yet they charged the full amount and whilst we got the money back there was no apology or acknowledgement of their error! We ate at a couple of local restaurants and had good service and lovely food too. The island is beautiful. We’ve been coming for years - hire a car and get out and about. Booking and check in comms were easy and pleasant. Stress free.

Just as expected.
This apartment is a fine base from which you can explore the island. The location itself is not that exciting, but you have the comfort of 2 quiet pools with a beach bar. In the neighborhood you can find various (mainly English oriented) bars/restaurants. The apartment is clean, has nice beds and has a spacious balcony. If I must complain about something; I am not that fond of shower curtains, and a dishwasher would be nice. Don't get me wrong; I'll recommend this apartment to anybody. Thanks Gary and Emilie!

Lovely comfortable apartment, ideal for our family holiday. Great facilities and perfect location
The apartment is a great size with a good size balcony. The on-site facilities were also great, two pools and never a problem getting sun beds. The poolside restaurant food is fantastic and we were just disappointed we didn’t eat there until the end of our holiday as we would have definitely gone back. The local beach Port des Torrent is great and a ten minute walk from the apartment. We hired a car and got to see lots of places around the island and the apartment was a very central location. If you don’t hire a car there are plenty of restaurants and bars or beaches that you can walk to from here. Great communication from owners and Gary was very helpful. Would definitely return. Thank you

What a fantastic place to stay!
What a great 2 bed apartment. Lovely smallish complex and the pool was never very busy during our stay 7-14 July. Apartment was lovely and clean and there was plenty of room for 4 of us. Please note that there is no air-con in the bedrooms but there is in the main sitting room/kitchen area and so we left our bedroom doors open which kept them pretty cool overnight (there are ceiling fans in each room). A great little SPAR shop just next door and a short 5 min walk to the main Cala de Bou strip with plenty of bars and restaurants from the cheapy sports bars to some more up market establishments so you can get your usual English food if that's your thing and some nice European style cuisine. Just 5 mins from the apartment (left out of the complex, up to the road crossing and turn right) is a bus stop which takes you into San Antonio centre and the journey time is 10 mins and costs €1.65 per person one way(buses run every half hour). You can also get a taxi (which we used on our return journey from San Antonio) for €10-€12 right to your door. There is also a water taxi/boat which you can catch from the Milford Hotel (about 10 mins walk down the main drag) and that is €3 per person one way. There is a car hire place right under the apartment complex and we hired a Corsa for €70 for a day and we explored the island - lovely bay at Portinatx at the other end of the island and then onto Es Canar for lunch and on to Ibiza Town for a wander round the lovely lanes by the harbour/port. We did eat once at the complex in the pool bar (which closes at 11pm) and the food was actually very good - some great cocktails too. The pool is open from 9am to 9pm. A superb restaurant for a very nice (classy) meal that is not too expensive is the Relish Restaurant (rib eye steak to die for and some lovely wines) - again, down the main drag about 10 mins walk - next door to the Milford Hotel where you get the water taxi - www.relishrestaurantibiza.com. Great staff there too. If you like to party, San Antonio town is the place for you and if you don't do the party bit, you still have to go and sit on the beach at Café Mambo and watch the sunset to music - there is nowhere like it - superb! If you want to eat at Café Mambo or Café del Mar (right next to Mambo) it will cost you a minimum spend of between €35 per head to over €100 per head. This apartment and complex really is a little hidden gem and we will certainly be back.

Nice peaceful location with a lovely view
This apartment is a very good size, bright and comfy. In the bedrooms there are good wardrobes with ample hangers and there are also plenty of drawers. Nice living room/kitchen area with comfortable seating and plenty of tv channels on the television. We particularly enjoyed the balcony with the view which is just as it looks in the picture. It was nice to be so near the sea. The pool area is lovely and there was never a fight for the sun-beds, although this was September. We ate twice at the restaurant and had a couple of drinks (including cocktails) in the bar. Maybe, being quite close to the end of the season, the kitchen equipment was a tad on the sparse side, but we were told that this about to be rectified by the owners when they come out to the apartment next month. Felt we could have done with a few extra items, such as another pillow and maybe some coasters would be a good idea. However, apart from these minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay here and would certainly recommend. Thanks to Gary for his advice and information as regards restaurants etc. We particularly liked the Pirana, which was very close by and frequented by the locals, which is always a good sign. It was good to practice my Spanish here!

lovely apartment
Apartment has everything you need, very comfortable, the owner keeps in good contact with you and the complex is lovely. You have use of two pools and a bar with evening entertainment. Right by the sea although only has a rocky beach area. There is a lovely bay with a beautiful beach only 10mins walk away where you can also get a ferry into San Antonio, as well as other beach resorts. You are also on a good bus route and buses are very cheap to use. Some nice restaurants and a few shops within a 2min walk. Overall apartment is very good price lovely and clean collecting keys was easy as someone delivered them to you when you arrive she was actually waiting for us at the complex.

Nous avions convenu d'un horaire d'arrivée à 17h nous n'avons rencontré la titulaire des clés qu'à 18H30. Elle semblait terminer le ménage Si la résidence est bien située et bien entretenue l'appartement était sale, les meubles en mauvais état, la vaisselle douteuse. L'appartement mériterait un rafraichissent complet: bas de porte abimés , poignée dévissée, taches sur les fauteuils. sans compter une odeur persistante de tabac et de cuisine. A éviter

Preis-Leistung stimmt!
Wir waren zu viert, zwei Pärchen in der Wohnung. Platz- und ausstattungsmäßig, ist alles da was man braucht. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung inkl. Mobiliar schon etwas abgewohnt und man sieht Flecken. Aber Bettzeug und Handtücher waren frisch gewaschen. Sauberkeit im Bad war in Ordnung. Besonders toll ist die Aussicht vom Balkon, absolutes Urlaubsfeeling. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und liegt auch nah an einer Straße, die ins Zentrum führt, lärmempfindlich sollte man nicht sein. Alles in Allem sind wir aber zufrieden mit der Wohnung, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt.

Tres mauvais accueil.. Alors que l'Apt devait etre libre, propre et pres DES 15h, nous sommes arrivés a 15h15, personne, et nous avons du patienter dans le hall de l'immeuble - sans clim ni personne - jusqu'a 18h30.. !!! A 18h30, la personne chargée du ménage d'arrivée et de nous accueillir nous envoyait 1 SMS pour nous dire qu'elle " etait là " dans l'Apt. Nous n'avions pas le N°. Nous avons du lui demander, pour pouvoir nous diriger vers l'Apt. Et là, qu'elle n'a pas été notre déception.. ! Nous avons juste pu poser nos valises, elle venait juste de commencer le ménage. Tout etait sale, aucun drap ( donc, lits non fait ) aucune serviette ( pas de douche possible ). Nous avobs du ressortir de l'Apt, et sommes allés diner a 19h. A 21h30, l'Apt nous etait " remis " avec les clés. Lits fait, mais tout le reste était TRES sale, les meubles, le sol, la poubelle, la baignoire, le frigo, le balcon, etc.. bref tout l'Apt. De plus, annoncé possible pour 6 ou 8 personnes.. : 1 sommier d'appoint DEGLINGUÉ, avec plein de lattes de bois cassées, de la vaisselle a peine pour 4.. RESUMÉ : Grande déception de A à Z.., a part l'emplacement vue mer.. Nous estimons que cet Apt n'est pas digne d'être présent et mis en avant par votre site. Il n'est pas digne de votre Entreprise.. Regrettons d'avoir loué - par votre intermédiaire - cet Apt à, tout de même, 1800 €.. !!! A bon entendeur.. Cordialement, Pascal Minier 0607693667
