Located in a quiet cul de sac, this lovely newly renovated villa is constantly maintained and improved and provides high quality accommodation and outstanding views from the covered terrace, sun terraces and the roof terrace to the sea on the south coast at Binibeca, a popular family destination. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and there is a good breeze from the sea most days.

The villa is approximately 6 minutes walk downhill to the safe and sandy Binibeca beach which has a well known beach bar serving meals and snacks throughout the day. It is possible to hire parasols and sun loungers here and the swimming and snorkeling from here is excellent. En route to the beach is the marina at Cala Torret and the popular Bar Paupa and Binibeca Diving as well as Kayak, Paddle Board and bike hire.

Whether in the open plan living space, the kitchen, the covered terrace or sun terraces, it’s hard to escape the captivating views of the Mediterranean. Its elevated position means that the property also benefits from a steady sea breeze on most days.

There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, two with sea views and three opening out onto the terraces around the property.

You are never more than a short walk from the beautiful white sandy beach at Binibeca, Bar Paupa at the Marina or the many bars and restaurants at Cala Torret. There is also a well stocked local supermarket and bakery.

There’s nothing worse than arriving at a property and finding the cupboards and the drinks cupboard are bare! Mare Nostrum runs an "honesty bar" with basic drink supplies which the owners request are topped up or replaced before you leave for the use of the next clients. There are always some goodies in the fridge too.

Just had a truly lovely week at Villa Nostrum. The villa was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a fabulous week. Such a great location and a wonderful view. Patrick was an extremely helpful host who quickly answered any queries we had. We will definitely return. Three generations of family and all agreed it was exactly the type of villa we would choose if we had our own!

Beautiful villa with lovely views
We had such a wonderful stay at the villa in Binibeca. Very clean and tidy when we arrived. Really appreciated the olive oil, salt pepper etc kitchen supplies. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was small in terms of surface space but perfectly fine. Very quick walk down to the supermarket via the stairs just next to the villa. We walked to the Binibeca beach and restaurants very comfortably. Explored some lovely local beaches within a half hour drive: Cala en Porter (lovely with sunbed hire and local eateries/supermarket), Punta Prima, Alcaufar, Binissafuller. Late afternoon swims down at Cala Torret. The pool was great, not huge but perfectly good size for our group. We loved the rooftop for sunset views. We would definitely return. Thank you!

Great villa - fantastic views & location
We had a great week at Villa Nostrum. It’s well situated, with the steps adjacent to the villa making it a 5 - 10 min walk down to the Cala Torret restaurants, bakery & mini supermarket, which is well stocked. We didn’t need a car - either eating out or having a couple of meals inc. a BBQ at the villa & enjoying the spectacular views both from the main terrace & roof terrace. We spent the majority of our time out on the main terrace for breakfast, lunch and a few drinks in the evening. The villa is nicely decorated & very comfortable with air conditioning & separate terraces for each bedroom. As a party of 4 adults (2 couples), the layout of the villa worked perfectly, with both upper and lower areas of the villa having a double room & bathroom (as well as a separate smaller bedroom, which we used for dressing & extra storage). We’ve stayed in other villas in the area and this was definitely the best! Great and speedy communication from Patrick at all stages. We had a brilliant holiday & would love to return!

Fantastic villa above Cala Torret
Our family had a lovely week in this villa, which has four good sized bedrooms with air con and lovely views of Cala Torret. There is a path next to the villa down to the bay, meaning that the supermarket and restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk away. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. Everything was clean and the kitchen well equipped. The pool and roof deck were great. We would definitely rent this villa again.

Lovely view!
The villa benefits from the most incredible views which really are the main highlight of the property. Inside the main living area/kitchen are not huge but well laid out. Bedrooms are good size with air con (a life saver for us as there was a mini heatwave whilst we were there). Pool isn’t huge but perfectly adequate & lovely and clean. Although it’s marketed as having had a recent refurb there are some areas that were still a bit tired and could do with being looked at. Overall it didn’t ruin our holiday though - we had a fantastic time!

Fabulous home in Binibeca, Menorca
We LOVED our stay at Villa Nostrum. Patrick and Kate have a lovely home on a hill overlooking Binibeca and the Mediterranean. The views were stunning. We enjoyed the short walk into the seaside village to get coffee, pastries, dinner, and to go for longer walks. Communication was excellent, and we appreciated the thorough booklet of household tips and things to do in the area. Next time we will stay longer - such a wonderful home & area of Menorca!

Wonderful spot for a spring break
My family and I had a fantastic break at Villa Nostrum. Great location within 10 minutes walk of the beach, even with a meandering toddler refusing to sit in her pram! The villa is immaculate, lots of space to be together both inside and out. The pool was fantastic, however, it got very little use due to the mild spring weather and water temperature. Hiring a car is a must, we explored so much of the island in 7 days. The kitchen is well equipped, we had a great time eating out alongside cooking in the villa and lighting the bbq with the backdrop of the wonderful view. Patrick was an extremely responsive host, helping both prior and during our stay.

Great stay
We spent a lovely autumn month at Villa Nostrum. Overall we had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed it. Luckily we had great weather for the bulk of it. Our daughter and her child and partner came for 3 nights and loved it. A couple of small issues. As it was colder in the evenings, we were indoors more, and the World Cup was on as well . The TV was very temperamental and kept buffering. Also as an asthmatic, the wood burner was a no no, we tried it one evening, and I became very chesty, as even the best ones release particulates into the air. But that being said, we found Patrick very accessible if needed, and really appreciated the lovely hams and cheeses etc that were left.

Great location, superb terrace!
Loved our week in the villa. Walking distance to beach and restaurants, great pool area and terrace. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was fab and much needed (as we stayed in Aug). Recommend Sa Cova at the bottom of the hill for chilled drinks and tapas! Easy drive from the airport if you hire a car.

This is a fabulous villa exactly what we wanted for our stay in Menorca
The villa is spacious with all the facilities we needed to relax. We enjoyed great views of the sea and coast nearby from the terraced areas and lounge. We didn’t need to hire a car and had 7 days of fun and sunshine to enjoy our stay. We ate out every night except one and needed the pool to cook down with temps above 30 degrees most days. Patrick and Kate were great hosts and attentive to our needs - thank you. We shall definitely be booking Villa Nostrum again.

Perfect Villa in great location
The location of the Villa is excellent. Stunning sea views, easy walking distance to local amenities and a lovely quiet residential area. The Villa is immaculate and every little detail thought through and beautifully maintained. (From the range of covered and uncovered terraces, to the gates for child safety, to the outdoor sound and lighting). The indoor space is well planned, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. While the days were sunny, the evenings were cool at Easter; so the wood burning stove was a welcome companion with a book and glass of wine! We made use of the superb pool everyday and enjoyed the local area. The useful info book in the house was spot on and all of the named restaurants we tried were excellent. Would love to return again and would fully recommend to others.

Everything about the villa was perfect - the views from the various sunny and shady terraces, the location which was quiet yet close to the beach, the fantastic restaurants and supermarket all within walking distance, the cleanliness and the communication with the owners who were incredibly helpful. Their attention to detail was amazing. We’ll be back next year for more sundowners on the roof terrace!

Perfect villa
The villa was beautifully presented and private and made for a truly memorable and relaxing holiday. The villa benefits from having the sun all day but there are different areas which you can either sun yourself in or have a shady read all with a beautiful views of the sea. The roof terrace provides a brilliant place for watching the sun go down with a glass of wine. Easy to walk to some lovely local restaurants, the beach and a well stocked supermarket. Air conditioning was a big bonus.

The house was great and just as it apeared in the ad. Well located, with fantastic sea views and very quiet and confortable.
