Detached house with a large garden and a huge pool

It is a very pretty house, adorned with slate stone, and with a fenced garden of 2000 m2 . Inside the property there is a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests (also fenced for safety), a huge pool for a detached house, with 140 m3 (140.000 liters) of water. The pool contains slightly salty water to improve the well-being of bathers (saline chlorination) as well as night lighting. In the garden, there is barbecue, a picnic area, a large trampoline for children, a two-story wooden house for the children, a ping pong, a fireplace and arenal to play. It is a house perfectly suited to enjoy the holidays, with everything that a family may need for several days.
The house has a large hall, with a sofa and a zone with toys for children (that can be used). A large smart Led TV connected to internet is available. A door opens to the sleeping area, with two double bedrooms, and two rooms with beds (one with two and another with three beds). Likewise, there is a sink with shower, and a small room to comb or shave, with a water spike. To finish, the ground floor has a garage, with a washing machine, a drier, an auxiliary refrigerator, a table football and space for bicycles or motorcycles.
The second floor is accessed by a staircase, where there is a large living/dining room, with a table and a large sofa to relax or watch TV. Around the entire living room, and outwardly, there is a flowered balcony that surrounds the whole house. On this balcony there is a table for breakfast or dinner outside. From this balcony, the landscape is very beautiful, with the pool on one side, and a mountain with green trees on the other. In a room attached to the dining room, there is the kitchen, which has a dishwasher and refrigerator.
The house is located in an area with secluded houses, in a quiet street near the main road. There is a bar and restaurant within 200 m. Concurrently, there is a sports court that can be used (with goals and baskets). It is a very quiet area, where the most noise may be the hens, donkeys or pets.
The landscape is very beautiful, whit a very varied flora and fauna, with fountains and abundant streams. The garden is also green and cared for, with shaded areas and shrubs and flowering plants.

Great holiday
Amazing garden and pool with great facilities for kids, teenagers and adults alike. A little inconvenient with one bathroom for 7 people but that is clearly stated in description. Xavier, the owner, very helpful and responsive, provided everything we needed and more.

Great place for a relaxing family stay!
We had a great stay at this property in Llora. The pool was huge and was made use of every day! It’s ideal for families of any age with great game facilities. Xavier was a great host and was very helpful and flexible.

A home from home
Javier's house was fantastic. Enormous pool and a great garden if you had children with you. We were a couple so had plenty of space. The house is well equipped with everything you need and Javier was a very responsive host. We were also just five minutes away from a decent bar restairante for the odd meal out. We had very bad weather for a few days so the television offering was a tad disappointing unless you speak German.! But i would come back and recommend to anyone wanti g a ni e stay fairly close to Girona. El cal ganso

Spacious accomodation, huge garden and pool.Quiet location, easy drive from Girona airport
Xavier the owner met us with a warm welcome and showed us everything we needed to know about the villa, how to work the satellite TV, wifi code etc.The property is very well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, kitchen equipment, two fridge freezers etc. Outside we made good use of the pool, barbecue, trampoline, badminton net, log burner. We normally go out every day but the property was so good we had a couple of chill days just hanging out at the villa. We visited four beaches along the coast, each about an hour's drive from the villa (Cala Truemal and Platja de Castell were our favourites) and drove into Barcelona for a day. We used an app called Parclick which got us a whole day secure parking at the Avinguda de Rius i Taulet right next to the Magic Fountain for ten euros. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet and spacious retreat or anyone looking for a great base if you don't mind driving an hour or so to get to the great beaches. The driving was easy with the aid of my trusty satnav. I set it to avoid tolls to use the scenic routes and this probably only added ten minutes to an hour's journey. If you have a rainy day and like a bit of retail therapy, the Gran Jonquera shopping outlet is only approx. 40 minutes north as well. It is one of the few shopping centres open on Sundays and includes a supermarket. The villa ticked all the boxes for us, with a bedroom each for our three teenagers to have some space of their own. The bedroom layout would also suit two couples with a swarm of younger kids - you just would not get such spacious and peaceful accommodation like this on the coast for this price.

Tranquility and Adventure all in one
Wowzers, amazing place to stay. Xavier is a super host. Explained everything and left us with the phrase "this is your home for the next week" and it certainly was. There was only 2 of us and we booked here due to the size of the pool and my goodness, it is huge and did not disappoint. The garden is amazing and again, bigger than I have been to before, very lush and green. There is a trampoline for the kids, sand pit and badminton stuff to play when the sun goes down. The balcony around the upper floor was used every morning, sitting out having breakfast was a lovely treat. Inside was very comfortable and there was loads of games/DVDs to watch. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and more. We didn't explore but it's not too far from Barcelona, so maybe next time we stay, we may visit. I would recommend this property to all and will definitely plan to stay again. Thanks so much

Xavier, the owner, could not have been more helpful and spoke great English. The house had everything we needed and was in a very quiet location. Having breakfast on the balcony in the sun, overlooking the countryside was wonderful. The main bedroom was a little small, but other than that, all was good. The huge pool was a perfect temperature. would well recommend staying here. You do need a car though as it is a few miles to the nearest shop.

Tolles Haus in toller Lage
Leider hatten wir viel Pech mit dem Wetter, so dass wir den großen Garten und den riesigen Pool nicht so nutzen konnten wie gewollt. Im Haus ist alles reichlich vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Das Bad wäre für mehrere Personen zu klein, da wir aber nur zu zweit waren, passte das für uns. Der Kontakt mit Xavier ist angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Gegend ist ruhig und schön.

Un très beau sejour, le cadre est sympa, la piscine somptueuse. Par contre c'est assez bruyant a cause d'un chien qui hurle a la nuit, du terrain de foot et de la pompe de la piscine que l'on entend dans toute la mauson. A recommandé si le bruit ne vous dérange pas trop

Wunderschönes Haus in absoluter Ruhe
Ein Haus mit allem was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht, sehr ruhig gelegen. Ein Auto ist erforderlich da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nächste Ort sind. Bestens ausgestattet sowohl in der Küche wie auch im Rest des Hauses alles vorhanden. Sehr viele Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für alle Mitreisenden ( Spielzeug, Tischtennis, Bogenschiessen.....) Ein Traum ist auch der große Pool und der wunderschöne Garten. Lediglich das kleine Bad könnte bei einer größeren Gruppe zur Herausforderung werden aber für uns (drei Personen) war das kein Problem. Xavier, der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir haben dort eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

Grande maison et superbe jardin
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle maison où tout est pensé pour que l'on passe de bonnes vacances Le jardin avec sa belle piscine et tous ses équipements a fait l'unanimité. Les petits ont particulièrement apprécié le trampoline et la cabane en bois Notre hôte était facilement joignable et très réactif ! Le petit plus : les draps, serviettes de toilette et serviettes de piscine fournis évitent des bagages supplémentaires !!! Nous reviendrons certainement !!!!

Petit village charmant et calme. Restaurant du village excellent avec un accueil chaleureux et agréable. La villa très confortable, piscine fantastique et jardin magnifique. Tout est fonctionnel, beaucoup de choses à disposition c'est vraiment super et pour les jeux pour enfants et pour adultes c'est génial. Superbes vacances !
Nous sommes partis à 6 dans la maison de vacances et nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est niquel, mais ce qui reste le top c’est la partie extérieure ! Piscine & jardin ont été exploité à fond ! Merci à Xavier pour tout.

Tolles Haus für große Familien bzw große Gruppen
Die Unterkunft ist ein toll restauriertes älteres Haus mit z.B. topaktueller Küche mit Induktionskochfeldern und riesengroßem Kühlschrank. Auch das Bad wurde erst vor kuzem neu gemacht. Mit dem großen Pool und noch größerem Garten ist es sicherlich toll für Familien mit Kindern und bietet auch Platz für Trainigs/Sportgruppen und deren Sportgeräte. Die Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstrassen gelegen.
