The staff were incredibly helpful - ordering taxis for us in the mornings and assiting our friend with booking a bus ride home. The rooftop bar is lovely and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. The complementary breakfast was also wonderful. Highly recommend a stay here!

We just recently got back from our stay at the Majestic. I always want to be extremely honest when doing a review. The Majestic is an older hotel and that is reflected in the rooms. With that being said, it was all that we needed. We were never at the hotel other than for sleeping and freshening up. The bed was two twins put together so the seam down the middle was very noticeable. As tired as we were from doing so much during the day, it didn't keep us from sleeping. The staff was always very helpful and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The morning breakfast was your standard continental style and had what you would expect. The rooftop bar was great but I wish they let you have access during the day to enjoy the view. The garden behind the hotel was lovely and very well manicured! Overall is was a good hotel for our stay in Italy. Nothing specifically against the them, but we would probably stay at another hotel if we ever go back to that area.

Absolutely fabulous! Everyone so kind, friendly, and helpful. A fantastic rooftop space. An amazing breakfast buffet. A beautiful garden. Only down fall is that we had to leave.

The hotel was in a quite neighborhood about a 15 minute walk to the main road in Sorrento. It was just a short walk to a beach club and beautiful cliffs. The balcony overlooking Mt Vesuvius and ocean was a highlight of the room. The rooftop bar was nice but the drinks were a little pricey (something we noticed all around Sorrento). Overall, we would stay again and recommend this hotel to others. The hotel was clean and fancy looking. We had a great trip.

The wifi was very weak n slow 1 elevator is not enough for that many rooms The breakfast was good but we missed it twice because we had to leave to catch our tours it would be nice if the had a coffee togo cup n a few pasteries before 7 The staff was friendly it is high end so i just expected more the up stairs lounge on the roof is amazing
