Don't come to this place , first check in was terrible you feel like you are in evacuation temporarily place a lot of people in the big room , them my special needs baby don't eat at all by mouth i had it to check her in like normal child price , them the property very all , and dirty, rooms smell like dirty clothes i just can't describe the smell , blankets bad wash and AC wasn't working , phones no body answering, toilet paper was in a dispenser lack in we couldn't even use it , food is horrible taste old . And more that I don't want to even mention it . I just wanted to leave the day I checked in , i will never come back here again , customer service horrible we ask so many times to fix the AC they come until the next day , oh to add more icing to the cake internet is so slow and you have to log in every time you get out of your room . Drinks very watery, and only local beers , don't waste your money and time here is not worth it.

Rooms far away from the parking, hard to move all luggage- need to hire bellman to help, buffet not good, my girl and I have to go outside the property to eat something good because the buffets food is not good and plus need to wake up early to do the appointment for all meals how you wake up early when you are in vacation, customer service bad, all employees need to have a good training how to do customer service bad attitude look like the work for free if was me I fired all hired good people or want to work in hotels, the music no good at all alway the same music, thank you

Terrible check in process. I would recommend go straight to lobby for check in you will be waiting all day for your room if you don’t. Dining is the worst I would not call this an all inclusive resort. You have to reserve for everything and the only thing they have available is buffet other restaurant are always “full” and the food is very mediocre very sad being from here knowing the food of El Salvador is much better than what they present. Will not be back. There are definitely better places that serve this country justice than here

The room had a mildew smell, the shower was not draining, and the front desk staff were not very knowledgeable or helpful in explaining how everything worked when I arrived. However, the staff at the restaurants, bar, and club were great and very welcoming.
