Our request for an early check in was denied.”Check in is at 4 pm., said C.J. & Kati. At 4:10 pm I said “ “ We want to ceck in” “ Check in is at 4 pm.” Me: “ It is aftet 4 pm” Kari:”15 more minutes” so I walked to my room and asked the band if it was ready. She said yes.” My husband retirned to Kari @ Froont Desk & sain” The maid says our room is ready” Oh ari “ Welk, I have to call the maid.” 4:25 pm still waiting…. Apoarently, check is is NOT at 4 pm. Finally given our room key late @ 4:30 pm. We had arrived in Santa Barbara that morning…

Excellent location. 3 blocks from the Wharf, and State Street. Dog friendly (for $75.00) The property had a recent upgrade, the rooms were clean and updated recently. Very nice to walk 3 blocks to restaurants and the wharf. Check in is at 4:00, don't try to check in at 3:58 however! Very nice location and clean and updated rooms. Would stay there again.

Excellent Hotel in Santa Barbara
Excellent hotel. Walking distance from Amtrak train station. Just an easy 10 min walk. Hotel suite room was updated, comfortable bed, spotless. Friendly staff. Free continental breakfast in lobby. Perfect location and easy to walk to all attractions. Highly recommend and we would stay there again.

I plan on coming back to this place as much as possible. Staff was impeccable. The room is beautiful and clean. Located in a quiet area within walking distance to the strip.

Great staff, great hotel.
I stayed only for a night The sheets, towels were new and the room was clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and respectful. If I visit SB, I would prefer to stay at this place again.

Nice remodel.
The remodel turned out very nice. It needs some art on the walls though so it doesn't feel so sterile. TV was impossible to figure out to just watch local network news. Wish hotels had more hooks to hang jackets. No full length mirror was a disappointment
