This was my 4th time there and have enjoyed all stays. Next time howeverI would like to have a room inside the main building with access to the lobby like my prior three stays. I stayed in room C2 and it was ok but it was dark and I didn’t expect a kitchen. It was a bit noisy from above. Still I plan on returning as my daughter lives in SB. Best

Make sure they clean
The floor was filthy… like black feet filthy.. we stayed in room 110. The front desk and employees were very nice but the hotel felt mostly neglected. Our pillow had blood on it and so did the leather couch. Dreadful experience with a good view and friendly yet oblivious employees.

Dirty sheets and poor maintenance and cleaning. There is something wrong with their business plan. I would guess that they have insufficient staff to maintain the facilities. Also, they charged an additional unadvertised fee after arrival. We ended up leaving and forfeiting the money.

Overpriced
Front desk was nice enough but this was like a camping experience. Good location but way overpriced for the low quality. Poor workers need more help to keep place maintained, running, and clean. Also a junk fee at check in of $28.

Customer service was horrid. Front desk did not know protocol, could not get answers to simple questions. Room was dirty, bathroom stained, bed had stains and the fan was beyond dusty. Checking out- no one could provide a receipt and the one I got was not accurate. Talked to someone on the phone who scolded me for booking with a third party app. Terribly run business. Will never return and advise anyone against staying there. I work in hospitality and I've never paid more for putrid service.

Great location
Location was great but checkin and parking were not as great as hoped. One poor lady seemed to run the whole place and room was not quite ready by check in time. Parking is extremely limited and street parking is allowed for only 90 minutes between 9am and 6pm. Room with balcony was nice though and met our needs.

Lovely place but we were asked for additional fees over and above what I had reserved and paid in full for on Expedia. Was wiped in the end but an unpleasant situation. Expedia were also more than useless in doing anything to support having spoken to 4 agents and no kind of action or ownership taken.
