Overall, this is a very nice property. It is conveniently located to shopping and easy to get to all the local amenities. The garden area with the water feature is very charming. They are pet-friendly too. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. My primary issue is that the pictures they show on their website are deceiving. I thought, based on the photos, we were getting a room that faced the garden rather than the parking lot. Nowhere in their descriptions does it say that the room is not facing the garden. Yet I paid for a room that was just as expensive as one that had a nicer view and was more pleasant. When I asked about this, the answer was just 'oh, well, that is just a picture on the site.' Again, while enjoyed my stay, I do feel that more clearly stating the room options would have been better.

I really liked this place. It's a shame I was only there for one night. The room I had was huge. The hvac did have an odd smell and was loud so I turned it off. I would have definitely like to stay another day or two. More hotels need to be like this place.

Stayed here many times in the past in the cottages. First time in the tower. Pleasing quaint architecture, large room. Great location. However, check in was not pleasant. Folks at the front desk don’t seem to enjoy their job, one person in particular. Not a great welcome.

The bathroom door lock was broken. You could really hear the neighbors and every time someone opens and closes the door. Also, you could hear the constant running of the upstair kids. Next time, if I choose to stay here, I would definitely choose the cottages vs staying in the regular room. The breakfast was good and the property was very pretty and taken care of.
