Loved every minute of our stay
I just can’t get over the views from this lovely unit in Pajaro Dunes. Super convenient to the beach and the unit has everything you could need. Super comfortable couch right next to the big windows. We struggled with the internet but the host was super helpful about it. I’d love to stay here again.

Perfect Honeymoon Hideaway!
My husband and I booked this condo for our honeymoon and could not have been happier with our experience! The kitchen was fully stocked with the appliances we needed to cook and eat there, including a BBQ on the ocean-front patio. So romantic and so comfortable. Our host was also very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend this wonderful place! It did not disappoint and we have definite plans to return!!

Honeymoon getaway
We loved the location of this beachfront condo, but the cleanliness factor was not great. We walked in and there were crumbs on the counter like someone just ate a grilled cheese there. We went into the bedroom and the comforter was dirty and there was hair on the comforter, pillows and sheets. The unit has a washer and dryer so we washed everything ourselves before we could sleep in the bed. Definitely should look into hiring a new cleaning person.

The views from the windows of this property are stunning, exactly what one would want on the coast; ocean! The property is well stocked with cooking needs. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with towels and toilet paper. The beds were comfy and fresh. Everything was wonderful!

Another few days in paradise
This is my second stay in this unit, and the owner's communication as well as the stunning views did not disappoint. There was an issue that prevented us from using the loft (hence, the 4 stars for overall rating), but it was an issue that the owners tried mightily to resolve, and they were extremely understanding and accommodating. As long as that issue gets addressed so I can give it the 5 stars it deserves, I will certainly be back!

We had a great time in this beach condo. It had everything we needed. My only word of caution, if you are older is there are a lot of steps. The condo is on the 3rd floor. No elevators. They have a ramp up to your stairs, that you will need to use a cart to load your things into and push to those steps. The tub surround is very tall for an elderly person also. The shower head is stationary, not hand held. The internet was not working. The guest internet, nor the private internet. The host responded, but after rebooting the internet, we did not want to spend a lot of time on it. So, no TV, computer, Kindle, etc. We ended up using our phones as a hotspot to get what we needed done and then shut that down. If you don't have unlimited data, it would have been costly. The view out that window and balcony is gorgeous and if we weren't on the beach we could still feel really good about the setting. There are 2 flights of stairs to the beach. I liked that this condo was at the end of the row of condos. We would rent this condo again.

This condo was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was spotless and so very comfortable ! The view was unbeatable. I watched an otter swim by as I drank my coffee on the balcony. Easy access to the beach and the location was perfect! The kiddos loved it too! Thank you for hosting us!

Medicine for body and soul!
The online photos of this property do it justice. I (grandma) badly needed an "ocean fix." Due to a disability I cannot walk on the beach. Four days of breathing ocean air and taking in the views made me whole again. My (teen) granddaughters spent hours on the beach. As a family we visited the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, the Monterey Aquarium and Capitola on the three full days we had in the condo. The accommodations were lovely. We mostly cooked and ate at home. We had an amazing time and will be back! Oh, and when my 16-year old granddaughter discovered on arriving home that her little stuffed monkey, a prized possession since she was a baby, was missing, Anna, the host, went above and beyond to see that it was found and returned. Thank You! ❤️‼️

The power went out!
The place had a great view and location. With that being said that was the only good part about this trip. The room was kinda clean. Nothing horrible but I could feel sand in the carpet and floorboards the moment we arrived. So it was not from us. The place was small and cozy. And to be honest it was a good trip until the last night we were there the power goes out. I tried to call someone for help and got on one to assist us. The security officer said PG&E was out on the entire property. The owner didn’t answer my calls until the next morning. She said to just stay and enjoy nature. Wow! That’s it. No offer of a discount or refund. We spent the last 24 hours at this place without power and no compensation for it. To top it off the owner never called me back or answered any more of my calls after we spoke once. I have 2 small children that were terrified that night without power and the next day. No way to charge there devices and iPad. The last 24 hours here was like surviver with us washing our clothes by hand because they were in the washing machine when the power went out. And drying them on the patio. The owner didn’t care.

Great location and a clean, well stocked unit
We were really happy with our stay! The unit has incredible views! The kitchen was well stocked which made cooking easy. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, great unit and we’ll book again for future trips.
