Bella Casa is an 1100 Sq. Ft. "No Smoking" Condo with 2 King bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 dedicated off-street parking spaces , and 2 outdoor private patios. A fully equipped cooks kitchen with gas stove & oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge, iron and board, full size front loading washer & dryer as well as cleaning supplies.
My Condo is Less than one mile walking distance to the Plaza, Canyon Road, Art Markets, Grocery Stores and Restaurants! Both King Bedrooms and the Living Area have Flat Screen TV's and Excellent High Speed WiFi. The Cooks Kitchen has a full size Gas Stove, Refrigerator/Freezer & Dishwasher.
Bella Casa is located on a quiet tree lined residential street in South Capitol, which is one of the oldest and most charming neighborhoods in Santa Fe! High ceilings with exposed Vigas, a light infused kitchen/living area with views to both front and back private outdoor patios, a Kiva fireplace indoors and a Chiminea for those cooler evenings on the Back Patio. Seasoned wood is provided for both the Kiva Fireplace and the Outdoor Chiminea.
The Highest speed internet available is included, for those working/keeping in touch during their stay. We do not have a landline. All access codes are displayed in the condo. Do bring your log on information for the Television.
Bella Casa is in the Old Trails Condominium Complex which was built in 1983 on the site of a former estate. Five custom built condos are on this site. We are located less than a mile from the center of the Santa Fe Plaza, the Railyard, and Canyon Road. These locations form a "Circle on the map" for fabulous walking or driving adventures. We are so close to Downtown that St Francis Cathedral’s bells can be heard at the condo!
If you are traveling with a larger group, I have adjacent neighbors who are also Hosts, and coordinating housing is possible when booking in advance.
Enjoy the downtown Plaza located in the center of Santa Fe, Galleries, Artist Studios, Museums, Loretto Chapel, the Opera, Music Festivals, Canyon Road, Santa Fe Children's Museum, Meow Wolf, Farmers Markets, and Art Shows along with Excellent Restaurants, Wineries, Sunsets, Spas, Golfing, Skiing, Fly-fishing, Hiking, and Cycling.
The Sky Railway departs from downtown and has trips for Star Gazing, Music, Wine adventures and More! Fabulous Adventures-
Day trips are easily accomplished throughout Northern New Mexico including Taos, Red River, Los Alamos, multiple Indian Reservations, and Casinos. Some of my favorites are the Cooking Classes available at Santa Fe School of Cooking! Art Classes are available as well at several local venues.
The Albuquerque Airport is less than an hour away by car with Santa Fe Airport south of town about 20 minutes from the condo. Both have Rental Car opportunities on sight.
Two King bedroom spaces are separated with one up 9 steps and one down 8 steps which proves to be especially nice for guest privacy. Both of the bedrooms have large closet spaces with plenty of hangers and luggage racks for your convenience.
