Great location, dining options close by, comfortable room. Would prefer that parking was not an extra charge. Be aware that in the suite you must leave door to bedroom open for AC or heating to reach that room. Sofa had a few stains, carpet was somewhat dirty in traffic areas. Broken office chair at desk. Be ready to do stairs. None of these are a "deal breaker." Fairly expensive for a Saturday night charge. Overall good stay for Santa Fe.

It was a great central location, but inside of the hotel was so generic & cold, considering area is filled with art & colors. The young women at the reception were also less than enthusiastic. Would not stay again if had to choose.

Property is walking distance to downtown Santa Fe which is a plus. Our room was on the second floor, which made lugging our bags up and down the stairs a chore; property should invest in dumbwaiters if elevators are too expensive. Room was ok, but bathroom’s pedestal sink not great for grooming. Roommate found a fly under her bedding…it actually flew out.

This was an odd property. It was clean and wellmaintained but many things kept it from being a better than average hotel. 1. Breakfast was DISGUSTING. Greasy srambled eggs- really- it look like someone whisked a couple of eggs into a big pan of bacon grease. They were curdled. Speaking of bacon- it was undercooked; well, barely cooked. Coffee was cold and bitter. The "crepes" were hard and chewyl I could barely get enough batter to cook a waffle. When I pointed this out to the attendant, he refused to put out another carton of the batter. There was a plate of broken Ritz crackers and broken cookies. DO NOT BUY THE BREAKFAST. I complained to the person behind the front desk and his response was "sorry". In the room, there were bedside tables between the two queens but not on the other sides of the beds. No outlets in the bathroom. There was a nice area with mirrors and a large counter but the only outlet was on a wall at least 5 feet away. Hairdryer and curling irons do not have 5 feet cords. Did not receive cleaning one day. The explanation was that were had the do not disturb sign on the door until about 10am. If we put the sign out, we were to inform the front desk when we left. Would have been nice if they had provided those instructions on check in. Did not empty garbage one day. Took the non-slip mat out of the shower one day. Did not replenish plastic cups- ever

Very nice, clean, safe venue with free parking in its own restricted lot. One block from Loretto Chapel, TWO blocks from Plaza. Very walkable for 3 couples in our 70s. Chinese restaurant is inside of check-in office - very good food, large menu and inexpensive! Only downsides: 1) Two floors - no elevators. 2) Shower soap tubes very hard to get contents out.

The room could’ve been a bit more cleaner. This is our second time first time with spotless. Second time was not so clean and the sink stopper was broken, but repaired quickly.
