Santa Fe Visit
Property somewhat dated. Yard front and back needed some attention. Wish there were more kitchen towels. Only one provided. One of the showers was so small we all used the updated bathroom. We also had trouble getting the dryer to work. In general our stay was good. Kitchen was well organized

Our spring break getaway
We loved staying at Two Casitas. The house has so much charm and located perfectly to little hikes, restaurants, shopping and museums. It was spacious enough for our family of four and came with everything we needed. It was very clean and the master bedroom was so spacious with one of the most comfy beds I’ve stayed on in a long time. We were greeted with local salsa, cups, and cookies. We will certainly be back.

Best property in Santa Fe!
Adobe House Picacho Peak in Santa Fe, built by a modernist artist Margaret LeFranc 70 years ago. Touch the history of famous creative people. It's so exciting. The house is a work of art. The house is in perfect condition. Clean, tidy, with everything you need for a vacation. Communication with the manager is pleasant and customer friendly. We don't have enough words to describe how excited we are about this home! Definitely a recommendation!

Girl's Trip
The location was incredible. Literally 5 minutes from the Plaza and downtown. The view of Pichacho Peak was beautiful from the living room. It is decorated with lovely accentricl furnishings and art. The management team were very responsive if we had any issues. Only negative comments that may need to be shared and require transparency for future guests, is the second bathroom is too small to really use other then the sink. And the main bedroom really needs better curtains to curtail some of the daylight that occurs at sunrise. Those are just comments to make the stay even better.

Nice place, quirky decorating
We enjoyed our stay. Communication with Two Casitas was great. They provided all the information needed in a timely manner. Place was clean upon arrival, along with a complimentary bottle of wine, coffee, chips, and salsa. Enjoyed the view of the mountains. Plenty of linens and towels for beds and baths. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, salt/pepper, & oil, everything you need, just bring food. Very quiet and peaceful. Close to museums and downtown. Recommend providing information related to area hiking trails. As for detractions, window curtains need updating to provide privacy in bedrooms and bathrooms, everything is a sheer type curtain (the window in the main bath didn't even have a curtain). The decor was lacking and not very inviting. Seems a mismatch of sorts with art & furniture and could use an update and be better arranged. Was expecting a Santa Fe feel and style especially for the price. Suggest getting rid of the leopard chairs, large mirror, two odd lamps next to the mirror, and moving the writing desk to this space, exposing the set of wall switches hidden by the desk. Replace large mural, metal motorcycle sculpture, sailing ship, and art with indigenous style art, pottery & rugs. Nice deck, but the railing needs to be replaced (functional, but again for the price expect better). Also, dining room windows need maintenance so they work properly. Several tiles in shower need to be reattached. Can be 5 star with attention to detail and style

Nice spot in Santa Fe
The house is well located being close to Canyon road and only a short drive from the Plaza. The property manager was responsive. The layout of the house is odd as it appears to be a combination of a couple of different buildings. The temperatures in Santa Fe were warm during our stay and the portable A/C units struggled to keep up, making a bit warm. Overall though, we had an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful home with elegant furnishings and art
Our stay in this beautiful, elegantly furnished adobe home was such a respite at the beginning and end of busy days visiting Santa Fe’s many artistic destinations, as well as neighboring Abiquiu and Chimaya. The large rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the mountain view from the back deck was a perfect place to sit and relax in evenings and early mornings. The stay was enhanced by the beautiful collection of art and books. I will request this home when I return to Santa Fe!

Wonderful casita!
We live in Florida and wanted to become immersed in Santa Fe for our five days day. This charming Casita had everything we could’ve hoped for. The beds are very comfortable, there are nice linens, the washer and dryer were very helpful, the neighborhoods are nice and there’s a big kitchen and plenty of space! Loved it!

Great House
We had a great stay in Santa Fe. The house was lovely and had everything we needed. It looks like it was a duplex that was opened into one bigger space so the big master bedroom has a tiny bathroom outside of it, but the actual master bathroom is next to the smaller bedroom. We ended up taking that room and putting our kids in the bigger room/bed. There is a big office/study that could be a third bedroom. Our suggestion would be to put at least a sleeper sofa in there so that space could be used. We had an issue with the hot water our second night and they sent someone out to fix it after 6 on a Sat which was awesome. The hosts supplied a bag of local coffee (THANK YOU!), a couple bottles of water and a bottle of red wine. They also had things like olive oil, salt and pepper, tea, coffee filters and ample kitchen supplies. Beds were both super comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!
