The staff here have to be some of the nicest people I've encountered on my cross-country trip. The hotel is older (as most are in Santa Fe). I was upgraded to a suite at no extra charge, which turned out to be great since I stayed a couple of days and was able to make good use of the full kitchen. The bedroom and bathroom are pretty tiny, which was fine for me as one person but I wouldn't want to share it with more people. The bed was comfortable, it was surprisingly quiet, and the AC worked great. I would definitely stay here again, without hesitation.

Perfect tranquile location that is walking distance to Plaza Santa Fe and a number of cafes, shops & dining options. The rooms are comfortable and well acquainted. Breakfast is.not served, but there is complimentary coffee, tea, drinks and snacks that are available. We had a nice stay and would recommend Pueblo Bonito.

Pueblo Bonito Inn was the perfect place for our trip. Quiet and beautiful, simple and well appointed. The staff are lovely, very kind, and helpful. Great walking distance to shopping, food, and museums downtown, great cold brew a block away. We would stay again.

The Pueblo Bonito Inn has easily become our favorige place to stay in Santa Fe. We got to stay here by chance, and enjoyed every moment of it! Luqui gave us amazing recommendations when we arrived, and every one of them was amazing. It's an easy walk to the plaza, as well as several delicious local restaurants. We just wish we could stay longer!

It’s a cute property that provides a unique stay with an authentic feel. The property looks like the pictures. I stayed in room #8, which has a room above it. It was fine until one night the guest above came in late and went back and forth between their room and the parking lot several times. It woke me up and I was unable to go back to sleep. After notifying the front desk I was placed in another room for my last night, which was fine. The front desk attendant said she would also try and provide some type of credit for me, but I never heard or saw her again. It’s a good place to stay as long as you don’t get room #8.
