The fantastic finca Can Frit is situated in a perfect location: only 5 kilometres away from the beautiful white sandy beach in the north of Majorca.

The house has a swimming pool of 8m x4m surrounded by nature and vegetation as well as several relaxation areas: an outdoor relaxation area as well as sunshades, 4 sun loungers and a Balinese sunbathing area.
The house is very well laid out. On the ground floor is the kitchen with direct access to the bright and spacious dining room, which opens directly onto the terrace. On the terrace you can enjoy the views of the pool and the outdoor barbecue furniture. There is also a cosy living room with a comfortable chaise longue, a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs is the second bedroom, with a double bed and an area dedicated to reading or remote working.

Private & relaxing

This property was exactly what we were looking for to start our European vacation. Just a 5 km drive from Can Picafort allowed us the option to “just go with it”.... spend the day around the pool, day trips around the island, dinner out and of course dinner at the villa experimenting with local wines. The owner is very gracious, helpful. We are Canadian and he was very patient with our “broken Spanish/Catalan”. Loved this villa!

Relaxing! Perfect family getaway

This villa is simply beautiful and the owner has worked very hard to make this rental perfect. Check in was easy and on arrival the owner was there cleaning the pool and had even got some chocolates for my children. Wonderful pool, clean and spacious villa. Very private. Car hire essential, supermarket 5 mins away and so is the beach. Quirky furnishings in the villa which all adds to the experience of the holiday. We was a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children). Huge garden, plenty of seating around the chlorine pool. The pool is quite deep. Cooking in the villa was easy. The villa is well air conditioned and has a safe. In our opinion this place is perfect for a relaxing holiday. I was incredibly sad to leave and will definitely return in the future.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sauber, schön eingerichtet und gepflegt. Der Pool und die Umgebung sind wunderbar und laden zur Abkühlung ein. Der Besitzer des Hauses hat uns persönlich willkommen geheissen und stand bei Fragen zur Verfügung.

Traumhafte Finca

Die Finca ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr gut, man hat alle Informationen erhalten. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Zur Begrüßung haben wir einen Obstteller, eine Flasche Sekt und eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank sowie eine Packung Chips vorgefunden. Am Anreisetag war Jaime der Vermieter abends kurz da und hat uns mit seinem Kompressor netterweise unsere Luftmatratzen aufgepumpt. Schöner Service! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in der schönen Finca Ca'n Frit.

Super schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben einen sehr schönen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht.. die Finca ist perfekt für Familien und hat einen tollen typischen mallorquinischen Charme. Finca liegt ruhig und abgelegen.. trotz erreicht man Strand und Geschäfte mit dem Auto sehr schnell. Super Finca für individuellen Urlaub

Sehr zu empfehlende Finca für kleine Familien aber auch gut eignet für Ehepaare. Alles sauber, Pool perfekt! Funktionierende Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum. Am Pool ist wenig Schatten, aber das lässt sich wohl nicht ändern. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, begrüßte uns mit Wein und Obst! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Herrlicher Osterurlaub

Meine Frau und ich haben den Aufenthalt in der ruhig gelegenen Finca Can Frit sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Jaime hat uns als Gastgeber bei der Ankunft alles gezeigt und uns immer wieder mit Holz für den Kaminofen versorgt. Von Can Frit aus sind viele Wanderziele gut erreichbar.

Urlaub bei Freunden

Bei Ankunft war der Besitzer vor Ort und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Im Kühlschrank wartet eine Flasche Wein, Wasser und Eis auf uns. Die Finca ist sehr ruhig gelegen, rundherum sind Felder mit einigen Schafen. Verschiedene Supermärkte und die Stadt von Can Picafort sind nach 10 Minuten Autofahrt erreichbar. Die Finca ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend. Den privaten Pool haben wir bis spät in die Nacht genutzt. Alles in allem gibt es nur wenig zu kritisieren. Einzig, einige Spinnenweben waren zuviel😉. Das zweite Bald befindet sich außerhalb, was für uns aber kein Problem dargestellte. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Tolle Zeit auf Can Frit im Mai 2019

Vielen Dank an Jaime für die schöne Zeit in seiner Finca. Ich empfehle Hausschuhe mitzunehmen, wenn es noch nicht sehr warm ist. Von ideal property wäre VL. Eine Karte der öffentlichen Container zur Müllentsorgung hilfreich. Wir mussten persönlich in deren Büro fahren, die Abwicklung der Bezahlung und Anmeldung war trotz Vorbereitungen und Mailverkehr vorab Recht umständlich. Der Service und die Mitarbeiter waren immer alle freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub auf der schönen Insel.

Charming house with perfect equipment

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir gebeten ca. 20 Min vor der Ankunft anzurufen, weil dies ungefähr die Zeit ist, die die (sehr freundlichen) Mitarbeiter von Ideal Property Mallorca brauchen, um zur Finca zur gelangen. Der Besitzer des Hauses war gerade da, um der Wiese den letzten Schliff zu geben und da mein Mann spanisch spricht, zeigte ihm der Besitzer das ganze Haus und erklärte alle Details. Eine Mitarbeiterin von Ideal Property Mallorca kam dann nach über 1 Stunde nach unserem Anruf. Zur Begrüßung stand in der Küche zwei Flaschen Wasser, eine Flasche Rotwein, eine Tafel Schokolade und eine kleine Packung Nüsse. Über diese Aufmerksamkeit haben wir uns sehr gefreut! Wir haben uns in der sehr liebevoll dekorierten Finca sehr wohl gefühlt. Sowohl im Haus als auch auf dem Anwesen sind viele Deko-Details, die das Verweilen besonders heimelig machen. Auch die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet (neue Pfannen, elektrische Orangenpresse, ganz gute Messer, ein toller Grill im Garten, großer Kühlschrank und auch großes Gefrierfach). Es gab außerdem eine große Auswahl an Gewürzen und auch Spülmittel, Spültabs für die Spülmaschine und Seife im Bad, was das Ankommen und den ersten Einkauf erleichterte. Wir haben dort oft und sehr gerne gekocht und gegrillt. Toller Außenplatz zum Essen mit einem großen Tisch. Es gibt ein geniales großes Hauptschlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten. An einem Tag kamen sogar Schafe direkt in den Gärten nebenan und unser 3jähriger Sohn war ganz aus dem Häuschen. Der große Garten war sowieso der beste "Spielplatz" beim Entdecken der Natur, so dass wir unser mitgebrachtes Spielzeug gar nicht brauchten. Zum Supermarkt fährt man mit dem Auto ca. 8 Min und zum Strand ca. 10 Min. Wir hatten leider ein paar kalte Tage weswegen wir ununterbrochen heizen mussten, da es bitterkalt war in der (für Spanien üblich) eher schlecht isolierten Finca. Die Heizkosten (bzw. Klimaanlage) sind separat zu bezahlen und wir kamen in der 1 kälteren Woche auf ca. 60-70 EUR, das man zusäztlich einrechnen sollte. Nichtsdestotrotz empfehlen wir zu 100% den Aufenthalt für eine Familie mit Kind(ern) in dieser tollen Finca!
