Good place to relax after long day
Although it is a bit of the walk to the center of the city and train station (maybe 20-25min … taxi is available at train station) and walk up the hill (good workout in my opinion) on the way back, I found location is very nice and relaxing with beautiful garden views and hills on both sides. Garage parking included is a big plus so if does not want to walk up the hill, car can be used plus I saw bus and taxi driving around.
One shower might be a small problem if many sharing but there is half bath on the first floor
No problem with internet, AC works great and again parking garage is a big deal.
Portofino (suggesting walk or bus since there are only 100 public parkings there) is right there and train to Cinque Terre National Park goes pretty often with about 40-45min ride (1st class with nice assigned seats available for 3 euros more which I strongly suggest). Tix can be booked using on line app in advance - Trenitalia. Also suggest day pass train (18.50 euros per person) inside Cinque Terre National Park which can be purchased at first stop there
