Casa Natura, a haven of calm on the Pacific Coast with private pool

Brand new architect's house built in bamboo and wood in the middle of the tropical forest. Rustic complex of two large cabins including mezzanines all with sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary ustensils which also includes an independent hot plate typical of Oaxaca (COMAL) for your morning tortillas. WIFI (STARLINK) serves the whole house. The pool is in the heart of the forest. All rooms are equipped with new bedding of very good quality.

It is ideal for up to 5 couples or two families or groups of friends seeking a relaxed and spoiled stay, right on one of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico. Casa Natura is a 5 bedroom, fully staffed beach ocean view house located in San Agustinillo, Oaxaca, Mexico. It is an adventurous, tropical and atypical / disruptive place that requires an open mind. It is very different from a aseptic 5 star hotel.

STAFF IS INCLUDED for a real full vacation experience.

We will share with you all the unique experiences / tips to discover in the area: tropical beaches, snorkeling places, fishing tours, horse riding, surf lessons, boat tours to see turtles, dolphins and whales (whales december to april).

Our staff will greet you upon arrival and wish you a safe return home.

We are also owners of a typical house in Merida Yucatan as a SUPER HOST.

RULES, OPTIONAL MEALS AND STAFF SCHEDULES:

The house requires that our staff sleeps in its own space close to the house during the stay of our guests, to guarantee a good service, cleanliness, and operation of the house. Amalia lives there and is very respectful, honest and dedicated. She will not impact at all your privacy. She oversees general housekeeping cleaning, pool maintenance, laundry and all necessary shopping and security. Her working schedule is from 8 AM to 6 PM. The rental of CASA NATURA includes the service of AMALIA.

OPTIONAL MEALS:

For a full vacation experience and upon your decision, Amalia (who is a cook) will discuss with you the meals to be cooked and the breakfast & lunch schedules. If needed, she can take care of the shopping too. Amalia has some agreements with local suppliers bringing local and fresh products. We suggest you give her money in advance for shopping; she will give you a full description list of what was bought and will keep you informed of balances.

MEALS, the following rules apply:

Breakfast:
Normally served until 11 AM. Although this rule can be flexible, keep in mind that lunch must be prepared and if breakfast is served late, it compromises lunch's preparation and setup.

Lunch:
should not be served beyond 4 PM so that the personnel has time to clean up before their shift is over.

Dinner extra:
Amalia can work a second shift if you need her to prepare and serve dinner.

Prices are to be agreed directly with Amalia.

LENGTH OF STAY
If your stay is seven days or more, please allow the personnel to have a full free day from work. discuss with them when this could fit your schedule best.

HYGIENE PRODUCTS:
The house offers basic hygiene items such as shampoo, soap, towels, toilet paper and tissues; all additional consumer items are to be brought by guest.

POOL RULES:
Children under 6 years old are allowed only upon strict supervision of the adults responsible for them as the house has a pool which does not have any protection for non-swimmers. Any non-swimmers have to be fully supervised by an adult swimmer.

INCIDENT:
The owners of CASA NATURA are not accountable and will not be responsible in any way for accidents of any sort throughout the house, including in the pool area, on the beach or in the sea. This includes insect stings.

ACCESS:
CASA NATURA is suitable for children (but not for very young children because of the swimming pool). Access on foot is not recommended for people with reduced mobility (steep dirt road to return from the beach).
