The space
Step into The Zazue Stay’s living room/kitchen entryway via keyless entry and head toward the living room. Relax on the comfortable sofa with chaise as you enjoy natural light streaming in from floor-to-ceiling windows. Enjoy your favorite movies, shows, and sports on the 55” TV with surround-sound, plus cable and streaming channels provided – Netflix, Disney Plus, and Amazon Prime.

Steps away, prep and cook culinary delights in the well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, chef-preferred gas stove, and microwave. Also ready to assist you with meal prep, you’ll find a blender, sandwich maker/panini press, and rice cooker. You’ll have all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals.

Grab your hot beverage from the coffeemaker or tea kettle, and enjoy it on one of the stools at the kitchen peninsula or on the [hanging] seating on the living-room balcony as you soak in views of the city.

Dine in the light-drenched dining area at the table for 6. Or cook on a charcoal grill in the complex’s community area, and dine al fresco in the shaded picnic-table area.
Also outside and around the Zazue condominium complex, you’ll find a park with a path that leads you just to the beach, just 2 blocks away. Have a blast splashing in Zazue’s 3 pools, relaxing in the 2 unheated whirlpools, and playing on the volleyball court.

The kids will love their own special playground on the complex grounds, with trampolines, rock-climbing wall, and an art painting area.

After a full day of exploring everything Santa Marta has to offer – or just relaxing and enjoying the Zazue amenities – head for a restful night’s sleep in your choice of two bedrooms, both of which allow access to the second balcony and have safes in their closets.

In the Master Bedroom, you find a queen trundle bed with sumptuous bedding, mirror, a delightful 3D tiled, textured feature wall, as well as a closet and one drawer for storage. Wind down to sleep watching the 50” TV. Easily step out onto the bedroom balcony for some fresh air and view. You’ll love the convenience of an ensuite bathroom with a high-performance, luxury shower column, farmhouse sink, large mirror, and all bathroom essentials, including hair dryer and toiletries.

In the bright and cheery Kids Bedroom (also for “kids at heart”), discover twin trundle beds, 3D feature wall, and armoire plus dresser for storage. You’ll also find kids’ books and toys here.

Like the Master ensuite, the common bathroom also offers a luxury shower column, as well as all bathroom essentials.

Guest access
You have access to everything in the condo except one locked closet in the Master Bedroom.

Self-check-in is via keyless entry upon arrival. This is a one-time code. After this entry, the code will not work and you will need to use the keycard provided.

One parking spot is available free of charge.

Zazue Commercial Center, with multiple restaurants and shops, is connected to the condo complex. Ciudad Perdida, Centro Histórico Santa Marta, and Parque de los Novios are also close by. See Location tab for more.
Other things to note
Zazue Condo charges 26,000 COP per person to enter the gated property. Host neither controls nor receives the fee imposed directly by Zazue. This fee is is not included in your booking through Airbnb.

A security camera is located in the entryway of the condo.

No parties permitted, per Airbnb regulations.

Pets permitted with no fee.

Ask host about in-home acupuncturist, as well as spa services, such as massage and facials.

The side entrance to the condo closes at 10 pm. Taxis cannot enter the property after 10 pm. All guests musts be registered, or the security team will not allow them to enter the property.

Only one parking space available.
Pool is closed on Tuesdays for cleaning and maintenance.
Workout/fitness area is reserved for owners only; guests are unfortunately not permitted in this area.
