Affordable 30A Getaway! Updated studio condo close to the beach! Near Seaside.

Our condo is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, right in the middle of 30A with easy access to HWY 98 to Panama City Beach or Destin about a 20 minute drive away. We are located just across from the street from the boardwalk to the beautiful beaches of 30A, about 100 yards from the sand. We are just one mile from Seaside, an easy bike ride or walk on the trails along 30A.

Our first floor unit sits right across from the pool. Parking is right outside your door. Our newly remodeled unit is updated and has everything you need. We have a full kitchen, with a queen size bed, comfortable new furniture, new tile throughout, granite counter tops and a totally remodeled bath with walk in shower. This is all waiting for you to come and enjoy, relax, and get away.

Great place!
This place was perfect for a getaway for 2 moms! It was well stocked with all we needed. The hostess was super fast at responding to any questions. The location was perfect- close to the beach, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed being able to walk next door to rent bikes. We will be back!

Amazing Time!
We had the best time, no complications at all with our stay and was perfect for the two of us. The location wasn’t far away from anywhere we wanted to go. Seaside is just a quick bike ride away and Rosemary is a quick drive. I was worried about the public beach and if they’d be enough space but we had plenty of space to set our stuff up. This trip couldn’t have gone any smoother!

Perfect Getaway
This place is a gem! The cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed at. We loved parking right at the door, the easy and quick walk to the beach, and being able to walk or ride bikes to meals and activities. The bike rental was just steps away from our place. It was also nice having the pool steps from the back door. We will be back!

My family and I had a fantastic stay. This is our 2nd year in a row to stay here. Very clean and wonder location to beach, food, grocery store and entertainment. We realized we could use a bit more storage in the unit and maybe separate beds for our kiddos. Otherwise the unit is fantastic and the owners are quick to respond to any request or questions we had. Property Manager responded promptly to any questions we had…Property was very nice/clean…Easy walk/access to beautiful beach with our wagon/supplies…Grounds were nicely kept including pool and laundry areas…We didn’t give neighborhood a 5 star only because of noise factor above/side units a bit noisy at night when trying to sleep & Internet a bit sketchy when trying to watch shows at night…these two negatives obviously a given, however, when staying in a condo/apt. type setting…We would definitely stay in this studio again!!! Thank you for a lovely time!

Better than the photos!
This place is perfect! My partner and I stayed here for a week for a beach vacation. The place is even nicer and more spacious than the photos. Everything was very clean, bed was super comfortable, bathroom very nice, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook full meals (including some nice additions like a blender, handheld electric beaters, etc.). Also FYI the TV is mounted on a swivel stand so it can face the couch or the bed and it also has cable TV, so we enjoyed watching TV in bed on lazy evenings. There are a few really good restaurants within walking distance (highly recommend Surfing Deer, Perfect Pig, and Cafe Thirty A), plus a bike rental shop right next door. We had fun biking to seaside for brunch and even biked all the way to Rosemary Beach to explore for the day. We also biked to the nearby Publix for groceries since we didn’t rent a car. The beach entrance is right across the street from the condo building and the unit comes with three beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and some beach toys for kids. All in all it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again!

A really nice unit. Very clean and well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Plus, the kitchen has everything that you need for cooking, including a rice cooker. Highly recommended.

Condo very well equipped (but no bathroom toiletries or hand soap). Great location to beach access! Host quick to respond to couple of questions. Would stay here again! Weather wasn't ideal, but that was our only downside (other than parking situation in Seaside). Place very nice for myself and granddaughter get-away for her spring break.

Amazing location and great owner!
My family of four stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect. Everything we needed in a cozy apartment, close to the beach, and in a super convenient location on 30a. Tiffanie the owner was incredibly responsive to any needs we had and she clearly makes a big effort to ensure guests have a great stay. Would highly recommend - why pay so much for other options down the street?!
