This condo has all the charm of a beach house with all the convenience of a hotel-style condo. Enjoy breakfast on the balcony with a beautiful community and ocean view. In addition to the beach, guests can enjoy access to a shared pool and hot tub.

The charming community of Seaside, including the famous 'Truman Show' home at 31 Natchez Street, is just six and a half miles away. Dine at Old Florida Fish House just under ten miles from the condo. Grayton Beach State Park (which features the Underwater Museum of Art) is just over a five-mile drive away.

More than expected.
This is a neat compact property with excellent view. Great location to public beach. Food and live music below but everything goes quiet after 8pm so you can sleep. Traffic can be a bit noisy during the day though. Great value for the money.

Great little get away...
Condo was just as listed. Location was great as well as the view ! The only down fall was the building is not in great shape. Not the owners fault. The building is just aging as everything does. We enjoyed our trip and would recommend the location.

Loved the location - accurate that it’s right across the street from the beach. Also right above great shops and bars/restaurants. Could use some updating in the condo and building overall but nothing that put a damper on our stay! Would definitely love to come back.

Great location: beach across the street, shops & restaurants below condo. Condo had beachy decor but a few pieces could use update. Huge king bed & bathroom roomy. Lots of towels. We wished it had a. another sink in kitchenette area. That was our only miss. It’s a great studio for short stay.

Awesome Studio Condo-Super Clean!
Everything was as described in the details, lovely ocean view a little balcony to eat breakfast and drink coffee. Close to restaurants and beach, shops underneath your condo. We had a great time and will be back!

We have been staying exclusively at Gulf place for last 15 years. We honeymooned there and have stayed at least once a year since then. Our most recent visit was our 15 year vow renewal. Some units are aging and some units are great but the convenience and vibe are consistent. We always enjoy it.

Perfect timing! The weather was amazing and the crowds were minimal. This was a very nice to place to stay for the two of us. The bed is so comfortable. Try view from the he balcony was absolutely amazing!! We loved the location and hit all the restaurants in the area.

While we did enjoy our stay, we did run into a few issues. The staff/management were so nice, and are addressing them now. The view is nice, and you are in walking distance to multiple restaurants. Parking was never a hassle to find.

The unit was what we expected based on the description. Good location. The write up mentions 2 parking spaces but they are not dedicated and you have to search the complex for an open space. We are glad we did not take two cars!

Unit is Tired, Housekeeping?
Last time we will stay at a Vacasa managed property. The unit was not clean and the furnishings were old and cheap. The ceiling fan had dust worms on every blade that had to be 5 years worth of collection, disgusting. The door blind was broken and the TV setup was a joke. We love Dune Allen area but will not be back at the Inn atGulf Place with Vacasa.

Hurricane Sally!
Renting this particular property was a breeze. During the summer, we stay with our family at the villas and love everything about this area. I became interested in your condo as a place that just the two of us could enjoy. A great view of the beach, Shunk Gulley and wonderful ice cream shops with easy access to the Hub and Stinkys!! The condo was as cute as pictured. It is unfortunate that Hurricane Sally decided to do a upturn and flood on our mini vacation. It is a great location!
