"Here Comes the Sun" with it's ocean view balcony, saltwater community pool only 20 feet away, enormous Florida porch with outdoor tv and seating, lit gazebo, quaint gated community and eclectic owner customs designs will have you coming back for year after year! This beach vacation home has been designed with you in mind. Not to mention it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach!

This beautiful home has many outdoor areas for your enjoyment. The front porch rocking chairs over looking the pool across the street and it has large wrap around master balcony with porch swing that also overlooks the pool. The Florida porch off the back of the home is a spacious and screened in with table seating to enjoy the outdoor TV. Just below is the lower landscaped area with the gazebo and seating for two. Sonos speaker system for use on the main level.

Upon opening the "Here Comes the Sun" gorgeous stained glass door you will find a beautiful dining area with seating for 8 full of natural light. The kitchen has exquisite quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a flat top ceramic stove and is fully stocked with a dual coffee maker, milk frother, blender, toaster, microwave, dishes and a plethora of kitchen utensils. The gathering area features an open concept floor plan with living and additional dining area. The living area is a vision of the name "Here Comes the Sun" by boasting bright yellows and aqua blue hues. It offers brand new furniture and a wall-mounted smart flat screen TV and a main floor full guest bathroom. An additional dining table with bench style seating for your 6 as well as a breakfast nook in the bay window with two chairs perfect for reading a book while drinking your morning latte. Off from the gathering area is the screened in Florida Porch with sitting area, propane grill, ceiling fans and a wall mounted smart flat screen tv. Down the steps you will find the beach box with 6 Tommy Bahamas beach chairs and a beach wagon for guest use. The backyard is full of lush landscaping, a gazebo with seating for two and on outdoor shower station with custom towel and swimwear hooks. (The "Here Comes The Sun" owner thinks of everything!)

The entire home features brand new beds, bedding, new furniture and beautiful artwork from local artists featured at Retail Therapy. The second level Master King Suite has a wall-mounted smart flatscreen TV, an intricately designed master bath with glass shower and tile soaking tub and a private wrap around porch with porch swing perfect after a long day at the beach and to keep an eye on the family while there are across the street at the pool. The guest king and guest queen bedrooms down the hall share a jack and jill bathroom with sliding glass shower doors leading to a custom tiled glass shower and they both have wall mounted smart flat screen tvs. The third floor bunk room offers a twin over twin bunk bed and a twin over full bunk bed with a twin pull out trundle and wall mounted smart flat screen tvs. The best bonus of all is off from the bunk room is the "Here Comes the Sun" spectacular Ocean View balcony with seating for 4!

Fabulous Family 90th birthday celebration
Stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend with 3 generations to celebrate my dad’s 90th birthday. Good location that was a short walk to the beach. Very well appointed kitchen for a large Thanksgiving dinner. Nice porches for hanging out.

I am a pros and cons kind of gal, so will give you both! The property was beautiful and thought of all of the things you needed for a home away from home. Actually had Tupperware for left overs, everything was labeled which made it easier to put away when cleaning kitchen! The toaster was not in working order but it was not a huge deal to us. The screened in porch was my favorite part and it had giant jenga, cornhole, lots of seating. Lovely! The pool was directly across from the home and we loved that. The neighbor to the left of the house was someone what rude, you could tell she didn’t like that the house was being rented out. Other neighbors were super nice. Let’s talk about the beach, even though we were told that there is beach service, through the end of October, and we were given the access points, the closest one did not have beach service for chairs and the like. The next closest beach access doesn’t have parking and is not that close to walk. The closest one is Palms of Dune Allen and is very easy to get to. That said, without beach service you almost have to bring a wagon (provided by the house) to carry chairs and umbrella. We are a stay on the beach all day people so, equipment is important. The beach access point, does not have a ramp, so you are carrying the wagon and its contents, down MANY stairs. The house did provide chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and other things. Overall, we loved our vacation and the location!

A Perfect Long Weekend
Here Comes The Sun is a beautiful home that had everything we needed. The pool was very nice and the kids loved it. The porches were great and we spent time on each of them just enjoying the sea breeze and the quietness. The house was conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

6 adults and 6 children. Very nice house and location. This is about the 10th booking through vrbo over the years. Very happy as always. Although this time we had not so friendly neighbors who tried to ruin our stay. ( But didn't). We enjoyed our trip. Love Santa Rosa area. We came last year for fall break and loved it so much we came back this year.

We had fun on our fall break trip. The home has old appliances so if you want to cook or wash clothes just be prepared to have to fiddle with things and what not to make them work. One of the beds seemed to have some sand in it and a spider, but nothing we couldn’t handle ourselves. The grill is testy, easily catches fire at the bottom so be prepared to watch closely when grilling. The pool is steps from the house which is great, the lounge chairs are not comfortable but having young kids with the pool right there is very nice. The beach is closer than it first seems, there is a small trail in the corner of the neighborhood you can take for a short cut. There are beach chairs which is great, bring a wagon or something to carry everything to the beach. There is a private residence right next door to the beach house. There is construction going on inside the neighborhood so you do hear that during the day but you can’t hear it inside the house. The couches in the living room are older and not comfortable. The third floor area is where the bunk beds are and it’s a loft with no door. There is no lounge or comfort seating on the patio only hard deck furniture. Overall it was a good beach experience but the owners could put a little money into it to upgrade things for more comfort and style.

This house is just as described. Spacious, clean, convenient to all 30A beach towns. Our family of 6 had lots of room to spread out and relax. They thought of everything to make an enjoyable vacation. The beach chairs were great! We rented a golf cart and took all of our stuff to beach access close by. The AC worked wonderfully and the kitchen was well-stocked. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of linens. The neighborhood was beautiful and the area is very safe. Enjoyed the games and the screened porch with TV. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in this area for future trips! Thanks for sharing your place with us! 😊

We rented this house for a long weekend with some friends. The house was great - not much of a beach view but the location and house was great. The beach access address that was provided was within walking distance which was nice but they left out we were only allotted about 20 feet to set up chairs, umbrellas etc. There was a very unfriendly security guard that patrolled and harrassed any and everyone in that area to ensure that no one was outside the very vague signs (literally made multiple people move 5 feet over to ensure they were inbetween the signs). We also had to share the area with at least 10 other families/groups so it got a little crowded very quickly. We were all stacked on top of each other and this was in the off season, I cannot imagine what it would be like during peak summer. When I attempted to reach out the company ask about this even just ensure we were at the right beach access point, I got no response. I sent a message on the app and called multiple times but the phone just rang and no one ever answered. We had a great time and the property was amazing! The beach access just caused a little bit of an issue and I wish I would have been able to talk to someone tied to the property to discuss the issue further.

Fantastic house
I’ve been going to the gulf coast for 40+ years, I have always stayed in a condominium. This was our first adventure with a house and it was absolutely the best decision we ever made! So many decks and balconies to enjoy the scenery , easily accessible to Walmart and Publix and just minutes from the beach! The best supplied place I have ever stayed, you will not need anything in the way of kitchen items! We would rent this place again in a heartbeat! Totally recommend this house!!

Just an amazing house and location, even better than expected.
We have a large family and the house was perfect for all of us. There were many locations to be together or apart. The amenities are top notch and it even has a Sonos music system that made the time even more enjoyable. We look forward to hopefully coming back next year.

Here Comes the Sun is a great house. Nicely updated and furnished. Short walk to the beach. Directly across from pool. One minor complaint is the check in is 6:00PM Central time. That is pretty late, especially coming from the eastern time zone. Other than that, we had a great week.

Here Comes The Sun is absolutely beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. It was very well equipped and suited our family's needs perfectly. The walk to the beach is easy, the community pool is super convenient, everything about the house is wonderful. Our only complaint has nothing to do with the home, but that check in was not until 6pm and check out at 9am. These times were not communicated to us until after we had already booked and paid in full. Other than that, we could not have been happier with our stay! Thank you!
