Reflections is a gorgeous 6 bedroom home centrally located in our exclusive 30A community. Whether it is the memories made on the beach steps down from the private pool deck, celebrating a special occasion, or exploring along this unique beach destination, there will be plenty to reflect on here.

This flagship beachfront home has exterior styling cues with a grand colonial design in mind, while the coastal inspired interior with elevated luxury appointments for all your happy guests, exudes an air of relaxation and tranquility.

When you enter, you are welcomed by blonde toned wood floors, with shiplap walls throughout the entire home. In the sprawling great room, modern architectural design with elevated coffered ceilings, and multiple patio doors allow the sunny day to brighten the space. The living area has ample comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite TV shows on the flat screen TV, while the kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances bordered by a large island with additional bench seating. Here you will also find a dining area with seating for eight. Step out of the patio doors and your large open sun deck with glistening pool awaits you, with ample seating to watch the sunset and private steps lead down to the sugary sands and emerald toned waters of our coast. (Note; the speaker system in inoperable).

Unwind in the serene peacefulness each elegant bedroom brings. The master bedroom is opulently appointed with a king size bed and private balcony access, with a private master bathroom suite that contains a deep soaking tub, dual vanities, and a massive walk-in shower alcove. Four of the guest bedrooms in the home also have beachfront balcony access and private en suite baths. The Kid’s bunk room contains two twin bunks with flat screen TVs for each bed, and there is a bonus room featuring two twin beds with trundles and a large flat screen TV to accommodate.

That’s not all this illustrious home has to offer though. With three mini bars, an additional living space that houses a kitchen and balcony access, den area, and 2 areas for laundry, you and your guests are sure to be comfortable and content during your stay.
Reflections is perfectly located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach. This area focuses on local businesses and restaurants so you can get a true feel of what it is to be a local here. Next door is The Vue on 30a that specializes in Caribbean inspired seafood with a view of the water, while a short walk away is Gulf Place with local coffee shops, restaurants, and art to bring home with you. Explore along our famous Highway 30A to all the coastal towns and what they have to offer, while Miramar Beach and Destin are a short drive or bike ride away!.

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.

COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE
Beach Service is provided seasonally from March1st to October 31st, weather permitting, and is only offered during regular business hours until 5pm. This service includes 6 chairs and 3 umbrellas!

We offer a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities including: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.
